Book Barrio Pueblo hotels

Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but due to how busy the hotel was, we were asked to wait and come back later. We didn’t end up getting into our room until around 6:30–7:00 PM, which was a bit frustrating after traveling. That said, the hotel itself was clean and the room was decent overall. One issue we ran into was the shower door. It didn’t seal properly, so water would leak out and leave the bathroom floor soaking wet after each use. The highlight of the stay was definitely the location. It’s in a great spot and made getting around very convenient. Overall, a decent stay with some minor inconveniences, but the delayed check-in and bathroom issue are worth noting.

This hotel was terrible and not as advertised. It was dirty, appeared unsafe, and the customer service was disappointing. The desk clerk became very rude, dismissive, and disrespectful when I informed her we were leaving at 4 am because of the conditions.

Great staff very attentive. Furniture and carpet needs upgrades or replacements.

We loved our stay! The one bedroom with kitchen was perfect for our family of 4. Pool was big with enough space for everyone. Beach was gorgeous, pretty wavy/dangerous for swimming if untrained. Activities were great, workout area was great and never too busy. Restaurant was also good when we ate/drank there. We loved the ground floor room with walkout to pool area. Construction was a minor annoyance, not bad. They also had an issue with fire alarms going off at night- but did reimburse our resort fee for those days. Overall we would gladly stay again.

The property was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful. My only concern was the front desk was always busy and short staffed. My late check out was messed up and we got locked out of the elevator and our rooms, so I had to wait in a long line to have it corrected. Other than that it was a 5 star experience.

Room looked great but not as clean as it could be. Great staff at front desk, comfortable bed and nice pool with great vibe. Convenient walk across to partner hotel with the beach. Beach small and very crowded.
