The staff went above and beyond for absolutely everything. We were very well taken care of. The rooms are really really nice and updated. The Mahi Mahi bar and grill that is on the property is very average. The food doesn’t have a lot of flavor, it takes for ever to get it, and is a little over priced. But their drinks were very good! The cleaning around the place could have been better as there was a drop of blood outside the elevator for 3 days. There is construction going on so our very last day (Monday) all we heard was construction which if you aren’t good at tuning out noises, maybe call and ask when they will be done with that. But a very nice little resort!

Villa was very clean and spacious. The bed AND the sleeper sofa were very comfortable. Loved the balcony and having a full kitchen was a major plus as well as the washer/dryer combo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach and amenities were great! The little restaurant/bar by the beach was convenient. Favorites there were the frozen Pina Coladas and the fish nuggets. Would absolutely recommend and if we go back to Puerto Rico would certainly be inclined to stay there again.

This resort is beautiful! It was our second time staying here, and it won’t be our last! The food is fantastic, the pool area is always clean and meticulously done. Staff is kind and willing to help in any possible way needed. The balcony area is wonderful, with true privacy when sitting out and enjoying the sound of the waves.

The property is not as nice or expensive as Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve, but it was quiet, safe and good dining options around the property. The location is not as secluded as the Grand Reserve which is good and bad. You feel more "trapped" and have to use the hotel resturants and shops at the Grand as it is more remote. Overall, I would recommend this property.
