Here are the reasons for the bad review: When arrived the temperature in the room was 50 degrees There were condiments for coffee, but no coffee. When asked at the front desk, I was told they had none at the facility because they had not had a delivery. That same day housekeeping came and took all the dirty towels and mat and left them in the bathroom trash. When we finally got coffee, I left the cups in the sink. They did not wash them but very nicely left me some dishwashing liquid and a rag. Also that same day the room again was set to 50 degrees. The next day I set the temperature a little higher and the room was dripping everywhere. I was told that it had to be kept cold to avoid condensation. I was given 4 blankets to keep me warm. This is a joke. Next day, I left the towels piled on the floor so they would be replaced, and lord and behold they were left there and was told if I wanted them change to put them outside the room. This was another joke of an answer. Last and not least the last day the trash was left in the room. By the way, I took it upon myself and put it outside the room since I was told to do that for the towels. There is one more thing for anyone looking to book, make sure you bring your own washcloth as they do not provide that. (At least I never had one in my 5 night stay). I hope this review helps you when you are considering the property. By the way, I chose this property as I had a great experience there 6 years ago.

We booked this last minute and did enjoy our last stay in PR. It is not something we would usually book as it is more of a resort but we were happy to float in the pool. The staff were very friendly.

I was not impressed with the “beachfront” part. We actually went to a different part of the island to get a real beach experience.

Older property, the pool area was nice. Housekeeping for the rooms were not great. Had to go the front desk on a couple of occasions to get towels. The ocean is right there so that was awesome

I have stayed at this resort a few times. Heres my 2 cents. Standard room: The beds were very comfortable. Pillows were also nice but the room was just to dam cold!!! Rooms AC was set to 60f. Slippers required to avoid freezing floor. Room had small table built into the wall but no AC outlets near it. You will need an extension cord if you want to plug in anything. The shower needs Grab Bars installed so that you can hang your wet clothing. Room has coffee maker, small fridge & microwave. Elevators: The elevators feel outdated and in desperate need of overhauling. Most of the lights in the buttons that indicate if you pressed your floor do not work and sometimes after you pressed your button, the elevator does not move. So you will have to press it hard and repeatedly to get the elevator to move. On the plus side, they are pretty fast! Pool: A lovely 4 (Small/Medium/Large/Kids) sectioned pool that will not disappoint! No area is deeper than 4ft and that's only in the large section. The rest is about 3ft so no diving! Hot Tub is nice and deep enough and sits about 4 people. There is also a restaurant/bar by the pool and restrooms that may or may not be open. Beach: Very easy access to the beach! Chairs for sun bathers & small beach area. Showers by gate to wash the sand off. Staff: Very friendly & helpful! No complaints. Misc: The free popcorn and soda from the past are gone. Some floors have vending machines some do not. Could not find laundry machines.

At 11PM someone was given a key that opened our room door. And because the extra deadbolt did not work, which the front desk and security were informed about, an older gentleman almost gained access to our room. Because of this we left the next day and I am requesting a 1 day refund.
