There was no electric energy during the stay, the parking is too small and uncomfortable, there were cockroaches and bugs in the bathroom, the reception staff were not kind, I’ll never go back to this hotel.

Roaches in all rooms, we were there for a week and not one time did our room get cleaned. No towels were clean. When we called to ask about where to put the trash, the representative was very rude. When we checked in we were told parking was validated, when we went to check out no one was at the front desk, I got an email charging me for parking on their property. The elevators stopped working there was no warning nor calls to us on this. The TVs didn’t work. Horrible experience and do not recommend. ROACHES!

Better off somewhere else

The stay was not good . The bed was not comfortable with very thin blankets despite it being cold . If you or someone you’re going with is handicapped, I also would not recommend because they do not care seen by the few ramps there are that are far away from the casino and asking months in advance for a handicapped room just to not get one . The room is average at best , but the price of this hotel is NOT cheap. The elevators were horrible, they were barely working and again, for the price you’re paying, not worth it. There’s stains everywhere. In order to get to the casino, you have to pass the gate where the cars go through and again, very difficult for a handicapped person and for the price you’re paying , you would think things would be more professional. This hotel is a cash grab and you’re better off anywhere else . Also, my family member fell near the casino which there’s tiny rocks on the ground ( and there aren’t any lights ) and it took 20-30 minutes of me going to the receptionist and asking for help and they couldn’t find one singular wheelchair in those 20-30 minutes and were barely any help and didn’t have any sense of urgency.

It was a comfortable stay, but by no means luxury. The pool is very shallow without a deep end. The beach is beautiful but the sand is dirty. The room is comfortable, but you can tell it had survived some things.

Property in poor condition! Customer service at front desk was terrible! Pool was poorly maintained! Dated rooms! Loud next door neighbors in connecting room didn’t let us sleep until 2am!

This property is false advertisement, the outside pools are shared by other hotels like Embassy Suites, and the pictures are absolutely not reflective of how the facilities look. They were delapitated, dirty, the sofa bed was discusting and stained, there were no linnens, only sheets on the bed. Most rooms on the floor were pad locked, it was sacry and we felt completely unsafe.

Buena estadía, pero puede ser mejor

Ya las condiciones de algunas villas merecen arreglos. Se paga un mantenimiento y no se nota. Las puertas de las bañeras estaban dañadas y esos detalles hay que atenderlos. Es muy cómodo y la pasamos super pero esas cositas hay q tomarlas en cuenta.

Hotel needs To be renovated. The rooms are old and the outside of the building is rusted and need to be painted . Cockroaches in the room( a lot). Lack of good customer service and everything is expensive.
