Rooms were clean. A bit outdated, but clean. Easy & convenient check in. The beach was okay. I think if they spent an hour a day to remove the washed up seaweed, it would be a huge improvement. This was our first time in Puerto Rico. We were originally going to rent a vehicle (because of the holiday, the vehicles were very expensive), we are very happy we didn’t rent a vehicle. Uber is super convenient, and inexpensive. We will definitely be back. Everyone in PR was friendly and welcoming.

Todo muy bien, es la segunda vez de me quedo, vuelvo pronto. Si me gustaría que después que se haga el check out, nos podríamos quedar par de horas en la piscina y playa, ya que llegue 2 horas después del check in, y no pude disfrutar ya que tengo una bb ,era muy tarde y mucho frío, lo demás todo perfecto. Gracias nos vemos pronto.

Room was dated with paper thin walls and uncomfortable mattresses. The people in the room next to us came back late (after 11) and were up early (7am) every morning and it sounded like they were in the room with us, even though they were just speaking in normal voices. Tub drain didn't work so we showered in standing water. Staff were pleasant and the complimentary water bottles were nice. All the rest of the amenities (pool, restaurants, etc.) were through the Embassy Suites, and the only reason why this rating isn't lower.

The room looked nice at first glance but wasn't as clean as it appeared initially. There weren't enough towels, either. I'm not sure how 4 people would comfortably share this room with the narrow couch and king size bed. None of this mattered in the face of the gorgeous pool situation, which was most of the reason we booked this location anyway.

The phone in the room didn't work. The room was not cleaned the next day and had to request towels. The restaurant New York on the premises was not that good. I asked for chicken and it was salty. I was not able to eat it
