Staff was top notch, amenities are top notch and location is next to everything. My only problem was it has been 10 yeasts since I've been here and was somewhat taken aback that after 10 years the decor and furniture looked exactly the same. It wasn't broken or anything, just though t by now it would have been more updated and stylish.

Not too impressed. Very surprised that they changed $20 per night for parking. Most hotels are complimentary and I failed to look this information up as it didn’t even cross my mind. Very noisy at night (past 11pm) still hearing people screaming outside. I understand there is a level of noise or fun, but there should be some sort of noise control for you guests if you want to rest for the night. Beds are not comfortable, and very limited space for your clothing - as far as drawers go, you only get 2. Not too thrilled, with this hotel. Certainly will go back to Hilton.

First, Joshau and Dylan at the front desk were great in helping me whan I checked in, but the rooms.... Gaps in the floor to wall, ripped towels, lukewarm water, outlets coming away from way, blinds broken in rooms, desk breaking, behind the desk - filthy (was this ever moved), the music somehow went on at 5am in the pool area!!! How does someone get access to that??? I am actually an IHG rewards member...very disappointed at these conditions
