Staff was very nice and accommodating. I just didn’t appreciate Holiday INN promoting a tour of their new location and not fully disclosing that the “tour” was an actual attempt to sell me a time share for $100,000. I denied them several times but they were so forceful. It was supposed to be 90 minutes but I felt like I was being held hostage and they took 4 hours of my time. Completely misleading. When I confronted the holiday inn staff, they said “their a third party company and we have nothing to do with that”, they took no accountability. If holiday inn is to promote a company under their roof, then holiday in is vetting that company, and holiday inn should be held accountable for the poor service that said company provides. Nonetheless THE MANAGER SAVED THE DAY!!!! I forgot his name but the manager came in and rectified the situation and gave us a generous amount of food credit for us to use and I was so thankful!!!! Other than that I was placed in a building where the elevator doesn’t work and we had to walk extra far for everything. No ice machine. The amentities were great! Despite the fake “tour” that took away time I’ll never get back with my kids, I would actually come back to this place!

This property was not at all what I expected. The "remodeling" consists of painting over everything without regard to fixing what is underneath, faucets were always dripping, doors to our room wouldn't close, thermostat was hanging off the wall, and the list goes on and on. No cleaning of the pool or "waterslides" and the water was always very cold. It was always loud every day and night and not many staff that were available to help. I was highly disappointed. Won't be back there.

This was my second visit to this property and although I didn’t like the location of our room this time (building 2) which was pretty far away from the pool and marketplace in my opinion, the room was still very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. There was also construction happen while they build new attractions which we are excited to come back and see once completed but due to that we did have to take several detours to move around the property. But overall we had an amazing time, the staff from the receptionist to the maintenance people are always so friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the activities they offered onsite like family trivia and movie night. The food options were also pretty decent, we visited Antonio’s pizza and lakeside cafe this visit and the food didn’t disappoint. This hotel has become our go to for a quick family trip and we will be returning in the near future.

It was ok

I did not like the fact that the restroom door was vented. You could hear in the restroom like the door was open. The elevator closest to our room was broken(we had a accessible room because my daughter had surgery). The fire almarm went off and we had to take the stairs from the 4th floor. The parking was awful for 30 a night. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I will never go back due to the fees

This hotel is great for kids Only issues we have are that the daily costs associated while traveling from outta country are really expensive You have the cost of the room stay which was around 82 USD/night, you have to pay 49 USD each night 29.50 USD per night for parking When you convert dollars over from USD to CDN it gets really expensive to stay at this hotel Most people, I spoke to told me they pay for only one night because it's pricey. If I can suggest this hotel should be cheaper for Canadian residents staying for two to three nights
