Leaving your guest of six in the fifth floor with no elevator is very inconsiderate of this property to do. We were six, two adults and four children and were given four towels until the fourth day of our stay. I had to call every day to get the two additional towels. It wasn’t until a couple of days before check out that they finally gave us six towels. I had to text and remind them that we were six in the room. We stayed a total of seven nights and you would think they could’ve accommodated us better paying all that money we paid. Unbelievable! The girl at the front desk literally said to me you’re in building 6, take the elevator to the 5th floor and you will get to
Your room, when she clearly knew the elevator was temporarily out of service. I recommend anyone that has not already booked to make sure the elevator is fixed before booking. The towels at the water park are extremely tiny, please bring your own for those of you that already booked this resort. My kids didn’t really enjoy the water park as it had two water slides functioning, the other ones were closed. We were at the water park once, the rest of the days we were out doing other things. Thank you for your inconvenient hospitality.
