-Room: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -Breakfast: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -Staff: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ -Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Great location! Walking distance to Target and several restaurants. We were happy to be able to enjoy dinner nearby one evening. -Transportation: ⭐ (0 stars if possible!) We used the transportation service three times, and unfortunately, it was a very frustrating experience. The first time, we were dropped off at Disney’s Hollywood Studios when we were supposed to go to EPCOT. We then had to wait an additional 25 minutes for another shuttle. Another time, the shuttle didn’t arrive as scheduled. When we contacted them, we were told a Lyft driver would pick us up. We waited 40 minutes and no one came. After following up again, we were told to take an Uber and that we would be reimbursed. We submitted the receipt, but it has now been 2.5 weeks and we still have not received reimbursement. Overall, everything else about the stay was great, but the transportation service was extremely disappointing and unreliable.

The hotel was nice. Once reason I picked this hotel was because of the shuttle services. You do have to rsvp for shuttle which is scheduled to come every 2hrs starting at 7:30am. The shuttle was 20mins late so after waiting we decided to drive to the park

Amazing time spent there ! Hanna at the front desk was beyond amazing and she is truly special. The hotel was amazing and the breakfast was amazing. My nieces loved the Mickey waffles.
