The day was great, however upon checking, I don’t believe that we really got instructions and information about the entire facility because I know there were things that we didn’t get to see or check out during our stay. The room that we stayed in had a door that connected to the room next-door, which obviously was locked, but they were so loud. We could hear them when we were laying down in the sofa, bed watching TV and then upon sleeping it was just so loud and it was 1am in the morning so we didn’t bother Asking for another room. We had our 9month old with us. Everything else was great when we asked for linens and things that we needed and we received them right away, which was great. The parking was easy. During check-in, they do tell you go across the desk where they’re going to give you your parking pass and that’s where the lady wants to invite you to a breakfast presentation where they want to sell you the timeshare and I straight up told them no she didn’t bother pushing it. We had our baby and our 5 year old who were waiting in the car and we had just had a long drive in so I was annoyed because all I wanted was to check in and relax for a minute.

I feel so angry, I feel cheated, I rent in this hotel and select the room with 1 King bed and two twin beds, when I open the door I find another one very different from the photos they have on their website to select, do I understand? None of those photos shows the one they gave me, totally dirty, old, with extremely old carpets, stained and with stink, one of two bathtubs was dirty, with feet marked from the previous people who stayed there, the coating slabs of the bathtub, were almost loose, the television said no signal, the sofa must be about 30 years old, and obviously it smelled bad just like the carpet, that is not acceptable you can't sell something showing one thing and then receive another, at that time I couldn't do anything else, I couldn't claim because I was traveling with my teenage son with severe autism, who doesn't understand inconveniences, if I tell him we have to go back it would have been terrible with him, mothers with children like mine will understand me, so I have no choice but to stay. On the other hand, when checking in, I was surprised that I had to pay a deposit of $300 dollars, I almost had a heart attack, I had never seen such a high deposit, several people were shocked because they did not expect it just like me. The truth is that it was disappointing, I have been to many hotels in Orlando and my worst experience has been with this one.

I didn’t like the fact that the kitchenette had the basic minimum of pots and not a practical size, also the toaster did not work. I had to heat some water for tea in a very large pot.

This hotel is amazing! We stayed in a two-bedroom suite that feels like a condo—super clean, modern, and beautifully decorated with a tropical theme, even better than the pictures. It features a spacious kitchen, two full bathrooms, a balcony, a screened patio, and an in-room washer; I regret not staying here sooner. Plus, there are fantastic family activities to enjoy!
