STELLAR in every word! Will plan to stay there again! My wife and I enjoyed taking night walks around the lake while seeing the fireworks from the nearby parks. We felt totally safe 100% of the time. Our room was comfortably arranged and prepared with all the appliances and amenities needed to make it feel like a home away from home!

Rooms were very dated and looked like they had painted to cover up the outdated features but left dirty light switches , curtains , baseboard trim . Ceiling fan was plastic and outdated. Location was good, pools were nice but again somewhat outdated and needed to be more modern. Towels at the pool would have been nice and larger towels . Resorts have return towel stations tied to room numbers . Take a towel return a towel or get charged kind of thing . More umbrellas poolside would have been nice as well .

Property is better in person. The views at night and during the day are breathtaking. There was construction on site. I believe this impact the shuttle running smoothly throughout the property. Otherwise I would say this is a great choice especially if you decide to go to Universal. Hope to visit again soon to experience Epic Universal's newest park.

My light above the hot tub didnt work, i asked them for 4 days (my whole stay) to fix it, my n my husband were celebrating our 13 year anniversary, the light not working kimda put a dent in our experience, everyday they syayed they would send someone to fix it and never did 👎

The Excellent service I received from your Staff. One in Particular Brandon (Bell Hop ?) took us to our room explained everything thoroughly and even notice the AC was not working probably and arranged for it to be corrected. Throughout our stay whenever my wife and I were lost, tired from offsite excursions, eating, Brandon would show up out of no where and take us back to our room. My Wife I loved that experience. Kudos. Loved the View of the Lake and the pool from our room

The room was awful. There were no windows in the living area and the windows in the bedroom were so filthy you could barely see out of them. There were dirty socks behind the nightstand. The common elements were dirty.

There was too much pot smoking on the premises and the pool areas were not looked after. The kids took over while adults stood at the edges. My husband was physically attacked because of such lack of protection.
