My husband and I stayed on the resort for 5 days this January. When I checked in they asked what floor I would like. I choose 1st floor, it was great we were able to just walk straight out to the pool and hot tub. I like that this property has multiple pools and they were never full. They also have great walking paths and gym area. We did not us other ammenities like the waterpark, miniture golf, or water toys. We walked by these ammenities every day and looked fun. Only thing I didnt care for was after I checked in they wanted to sell you a time share package and sign you up for a free breakfast to try and sell you their packages. I wouldn't say they were to pushy but I said no and the clerk told me to think about it and she would call me. Which she did and I was unavailable and messaged her back and told her still not interested.

Excellent property, our room was so spacious and well equipped for our stay. Very clean inside and outside around the property! Pools were very clean and warm for our January stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Spa was AMAZING!

I was not able to adjust the temperature of my room. I did not have hot water in my room. It would only go to slightly above room temperature. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The back gate guard guy gave me a bottle of water, and called for a ride for me when I desperately needed it, which was really meaningful. His kindness made a great impression.

The place is rundown except the main checkin building. For a resort I expected better I would not recommend this place to friends. No shuttle to any of the main attractions. They charge way to much to use the water park it should be free.

Everything was good until we are about to take a shower we found hair on the wall and on floor and they were different texture of hair nasty. It literally look like the room wasn’t cleaned properly. This is the first time we seen something like this.
