Deadbolt didn’t work, fridge was missing all the wire racks on the door, shampoo container fell off the shower wall, huge gap under connecting room door, barista was rude (don’t pay $4 for an Americano because it’s just coffee from a canister that you serve yourself LOL). Pool was actually nice however you run out of sun quickly because of the building being tall. Employees (aside from barista) were nice and the hotel has potential but it’s just old and filled with problems. Would not stay again. I regret not paying 150-200 more for a better hotel.

Guest services were amazing, super friendly, even upgraded our stay at no extra cost while checking in fir the night. We also weren’t rushed to leave at checkout time. Room and bathroom were very clean, hot water worked nicely.

Great place to stay! Staff are AMAZING! Very helpful, polite and professional and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great! Rooms are clean and comfortable and well maintained. Excellent spot with good location for universal and other attractions. Would highly recommend for you and your family!

Room was disgusted, the duvet was stained with blood from precious stays, Which means that they don't clean or change the bed linen. First night we had to change the room at 2 am because of the sound coming from air conditioner and the second room was worse which we left because for three days changing rooms every day doesn't make sense to me. The doors are all destroyed. and very bad smell. The truth is that the stay was terrible, I had never had such a bad experience in a hotel in Orlando.

I had no hot water in my room and I asked multiple times and they just kept telling me to let the water run but still didn’t get the hot water :/ I stayed here before and loved it which is why I booked here again! Everything was great minus the hot water issue!
