the hotel was well maintained and the breakfast was adequate. there was no hot water, only luke warm water. i must have hot dhowers when I vacation. no hot water is one thing i will not tolerate. i will not be staying again.

It was SO noisy!!! I could plainly hear basic conversation from the next room and in the hallway. The construction was LOUD at 0800 am, sleep was confirtable, room was dark, however the noise was very disturbing. Newly renovated rooms that are very clean and smell amazing, especially for Florida! Would stay again for the price!

Great room, only thing that kept it from 5 stars was check in, I did online check in, they ran my card for incidental's then, was just supposed show my id and get room key upon arrival, they then asked for card again, said it was also a debit card and couldn't be used, wanted a cash deposit, which I argued, I am in hotels most weekends in Orlando and that card has been used on all, they eventually waived the charge but I wasted a lot of time I should have saved checking in online.

Was happily surprised at the size and condition of our room. I don’t know if we were upgraded because we weren’t told, but it was awesome. The ability to literally walk across the street to grab extra clothing or personal items at the several stores was helpful!!
