We had a great stay! The staff was wonderful and very welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hotel also offered convenient transportation, which made getting around so much easier. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience — we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is an average hotel. Outdated rooms, but convenient with a kitchenette area. The cleaning is terrible. They just change the towels and don't clean the room itself. There were also little flees flying in the room.

Dos cosas que entiendo son las que estan fallando. 1. El desayuno siempre fue lo mismo. 2. La limpieza del cuarto fue pesima,las toallas manchadas ( deberian botarlas)y con mal olor. Todo lo demas, desde la atencion del personal,el hotel,las camas,el estacionamiento,la piscina,EXCELENTE.

Staff was very friendly from the front desk to the concierge and the breakfast staff. Rooms were always very clean. Washer and dryer on the property. Pool was nice and clean with a bar poolside. You can see the rides at SeaWorld and Aquatica from the hotel with shuttle service.

Terrible experience and service. We just flew in for a conference and got to the hotel and they said someone cancelled our reservation. We DID NOT cancel and tried to explain. Bottom line is they said they couldn’t help us and had no rooms. So, after flying all day we had to find another place. I do not recommend this place.
