Excellent room. Everything was clean. Rooms were cold when set. Front staff was amazing and I mean extremely amazing even when we arrived after midnight. The hospitality and knowledge from them were great to hear. Added perks to staying here, Denny's is 0.04 of a mile away, IHOP is 0.1 mile away. Universal is definitely not a min walk but you can park at universal for 35 a day, which I think if they offered a shuttle to universal will make this place sellout every night. We will be staying here every time we come to universal studios

Unsanitary bedding. Blood smear, body flakes & hair. Reached out to management & no response. Asked, the employee on duty to come upstairs was told he could not because he was the only employee there. I was told room would be secured so management could go in & check bedding condition. That was not the case. Again, no follow up. My suggestion ~ pull back blankets & sheets check for dirty/used bedding. I usually do but did not because I was exhausted from park hopping. Will never allow myself to be that tired... Just be beware ~ Blood is crazy
