The room could have been cleaner. You would think for a resort that they would have better maintenance but that wasnt the case. There was stains on the couch and yellow stains and rings in the bathtub. The water took forever to get hot and then it didnt stay that way for long. The carpets were nasty and there was a square chunk missing in the middle. The couch had a mysterious stains on it and there was only 1 night stand for a king size bed. Thats weird

clealiness and the location is very close to Universal Studios. About 6 minutes drive. Nice swimming pool. Also voice isolation is god but eventually you cannot control loud people.

The room was clean. Would have been a perfect stay except the bed was horrible. It was clean however the mattress was old and sank in. So I woke up multiple times due to back pain.
