We have stayed at the Floridays several times and are always very pleased with the resort. We get a three bedroom suite for our whole family and it’s always been great. The drinks are good. We don’t usually eat there as we’re going out and the pool area is fun. I highly recommend it.

Wouldn't book this again.

Paid a deposit but still was charged cost without deposit. Facility is advertised as having three pools when in reality there are only two pool areas. When asked where the third pool was, reception desk pulled a map out and pointed out the three ponds where of course they were not infact pools to swim in. One pool was supposed to be heated, however was no. Temperatures were 89, 74, 78 and 84 degrees without the pool being warm. Watched kids attempt to swim get blue lips. Kids were allowed to "swim" in hot tubs. Our suite was found open twice after we returned from outings. Toilets were running all the time unless we removeed the tank cover and secured the flang down. Dishwasher door wouldn't open all the way.

Not worth the money

Definitely not may favorite hotel. The parking there at night is HORRIBLE! We had to park far away from our room. We had to call the front office everytime you needed something bc the room only had the bare minimum like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags(pretty much whatever was left over from the previous guest). They also didn't have pots in the room to cook. You had to call the front to have house keeping bring it to you. The Wifi there SUCKED.. The dishwasher wasn't working. We had to call for someone to come out to look at it. The drain in the spa tub came off, and the spinner in the washing machine was broken off.

Property was ok. There was some broken glass in the carpeted area of the master bedroom that took awhile to get cleaned. We were in building F the farthest from the pool area. However there were kids yelling up and down the halls late at night. The water never seemed to get cold. Had to buy drinking water at Publix. Very convenient to have a washer/dryer and kitchen to make breakfasts. 2 min drive to Publix. 15-20 min drive to Disney parks. Overall was an ok stay.

We were greeted by TK, who presented us with a bottle of wine, a room of our choosing, and much kindness. We found our room very clean, with plenty of towels, and a small kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I had requested Building B but upon checkin we were given Building C which is very outdated. Our dishwasher did not work, our outside door handle on the sliding glass door was missing, we could not get hot water in the bathroom sink because the fixtures were broken. They told us we would receive maid service once in the middle of the week since we stayed 7 nights however they only dropped off a bag of towels on that Wednesday. Never took out the garbage or anything else on this day. Overall the building C is very outdated. Not sure about the other buildings. Have stayed in Building B before and it was fine. Also there were no pool towels by the pool on several days.

There was a large dog barking all night in the apartment above us. We called the manager and he just hemmed and hawed and really didn’t tell us what they would do. The dog never stopped so we called about a half hour later and they never answered their phone. We called twice to the main desk and no answer. The next morning when we checked out, we asked to speak to the manager waited forever. He never came out and addressed our issue. I tried calling the hotel number twice. I was told to please hold and no one ever came to the phone after two tries. I would not recommend this if you’re looking for customer service.

Property location was great. Having 1 remote control to work 3 tvs in 3 different rooms was an inconvenience. The kid had all their electronics but couldn’t connect to the internet. The first hotel or resort where we visited where this happened. The master bathroom had only 1 washcloth.

Called the front desk 3 times for clean towels…after the 4th call security brought the towels….total wait time was 3 hours. Waited 2 hours for pool towels…front desk was notified. Eventually got bath towels delivered instead. Someone came into our room while we were out and left a dustpan on the kitchen sink..was told that cleaners will only come into our room when we check out…obviously there was some miscommunication as we did not check out.
