When checking in they make everyone stand in lines until it turns exactly 4:00pm like a heard of animals and the staff stand there as though they don't see you. The minute it turns 4:00pm they look up and put on a fake smile and ask if they can help the next customer in line. The hotel was okay. Nothing special and def not worth the price for one night. The mall closes at 8:00 pm so if you check in after 4:00 by the time you get you things settled there isn't much time to enjoy the fact it's connected to the mall. There is no breakfast and you have to pay for parking whether you want to or not. I stayed at plenty of places in Florida and this was def nothing to brag about. The pool was outside and not heated. The hottub is so far away from the hotel entry that it's not worth freezing to use it.

Our stay was mostly great but some improvements could be made. We requested extra blankets twice between the two nights we stayed but never received them. The hotel floor didn't seem to be mopped as my feet were black just from walking on it for a few hours barefoot. The toilet roll holder in the bathroom was broken from thee wall. The elevators got stuck a couple of times, it seems there are a few things that needs updating....

The room was in great condition overall! Most of the staff were incredibly courteous, which really enhanced my experience. I did encounter one younger staff member who seemed to be in training and was a bit less pleasant, but I understand that we all have our learning moments. I truly appreciated the text message check-ins about my stay; it made me feel valued. The complimentary drinks are always such a delightful touch! While I’m not a huge fan of the package collection process, it’s really not a deal breaker. Overall, I absolutely love the hotel and everything it has to offer! Keep up the great work!

Hotel location was very convenient located inside mall. Place could be a bit cleaner though. Windows are so dirty you can’t see the outside clearly. Stains to window curtain visible.
