The bathroom door would not close, the key reader to our room had a failing battery, and they did not have the rooms we originally booked available. I have stayed at several embassy suites but this will probably not be one I return to.

Could not get into room. Manager threaten us to removed from property after third attempt to get into room. Then he promised full refund of cost of room which we have not recieved. This is the first manager in over 8 years whom has treated and showed such disrespect. I do like the staff, kitchen, front desk and most of all the bar staff who alone are amazing.

Everything about my stay was amazing from start to finish. The check-in process was easy. The front desk staff was very kind and informative. The room was clean and accommodated my party of 5 perfectly. Breakfast was amazing. They had a great variety of food to choose from. The breakfast bar was clean and once again the staff was amazing.
