I enjoyed my stay immensely. A nice relaxing time. Wonderful pool area. The hot tub could have been a little larger, or perhaps a second one as they were very crowded, but that's a minor thing. I was put off by the bar prices. One expects inflated prices at a resort hotel, but when one shot of Bourbon costs when an entire bottle can be purchased for you're getting a little ridiculous. Nevertheless, it's a resort hotel, and I guess they're all like this in Orlando.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were very clean on arrival and it is very close to Universal Studios. I would've given them 5 stars but they never cleaned our room. We kept waiting and they never came. A pamphlet said they clean every 3 days and then another paper said you have to request them to come and clean. Not a big deal but just a little weird to us.

Good place to stay for the price. It’s a motel. Book a room with these expectations. Positives - restaurant on site, right across from universal. Uber will be $10 in the morning and $20 at night coming back from the universal. Staff is courteous. Safe area to stay with the family. Clean rooms. Free Shuttle at 8 am to universal Room for improvement- does not offer room service unless asked for it so you have to go ask for everything. No complimentary breakfast. The cafe is okay - expensive for the items they provide.

Room was damp and musty, Shower fixtures were loose and rattled against the tile, tile was installed very poorly, road noise from the interstate was so loud it was hard to sleep. Broken towel holders and everything seems to have a stickiness about all the surfaces. I primarily used the room to sleep and shower, but if i had to stay longer and work from my room I would have requested another room or changed stay locations. price was good but maybe this is the reason for the reasonable rate.

Morning staff at checkout was wonderful! Clean, older but updated room. Comfortable beds. Nice large hot tub with late hrs for nursing your toes after a day at the parks. Excellent location for Universal goers. Breakfast croissant in lobby cafe surprisingly great!!

The room was okay. We found some hair on the bed/sink that wasn’t ours. Otherwise, the staff was courteous and provided shuttle service to Orlando!

Room was okay nothing special. Hotel definitely felt privately owned. Didn’t have the comfort of a chain environment. Gym was not open 24 hours. Tissues in room were empty.

The room was clean and i slept great in the bed. Everyone was so nice and the Indian restaurant cashmere was the best. Great staff and food. A smaller cafe' was in the lobby also. There is a small convenient store in the lobby also

Room was in pretty run down condition. There were holes in one of the walls, carpet floor felt moist/sticky. Beds were super hard & uncomfortable. The positive is that it’s just a short uber ride away from Universal parks. We were only there to sleep at night so we made do, but I wouldn’t choose this location again.

Older hotel that has been updated. It is only two stories, and your door opens to the outside. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. This is right across the street from Universal Studios and much less than the hotels in the area. We will definitely stay here when we return. A gem!
