29th Wedding Anniversary Stay — Extremely Disappointing Experience Nota: ⭐️ Comentário: We booked this stay at Marriott to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. We had stayed at this hotel three times before and loved it — but this experience was nothing like before. At check-in, despite explaining the occasion, the front desk ignored our request to stay in the East Tower (as we always do) and placed us in a musty-smelling room in the North Tower, with an unlocked glass door on the 4th floor. Poolside service was even worse — rude staff, slow attention, and we had to go get our food ourselves after waiting too long. The next day, our food was delivered to someone else and it took over an hour to get the correct order. Our drinks were warm and we were disappointed. This was supposed to be a joyful, memorable trip. Instead, we left feeling ignored and disrespected after spending over $900.We do not recommend this hotel anymore.

I loved the hotel and the room was great! Pools and water park are fun for the whole family. I wish the other slides were open when we were there, but overall a great experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to the hotel and they said my reservation was canceled. It was hundreds of people there for a conference on Sunday, waited 2 hours in line. I think they were over booked. Most humiliating experience of my life. We left with no room. Plus I was charged for the stay with no refund.

If you’re trying to enjoy yourself and relax in the lazy river, that’s not gonna happen. Way too many kids swimming under you, around you, between people, going the opposite way, splashing, etc. The beds are not comfortable for side sleepers and the pillows go flat as a board.

The property is conveniently located near the turnpike, which is something I enjoy about it. I appreciate how many family-friendly activities are available. I also appreciate how they let the visitors know about the schedule and events.

The property was nice and absolutely beautiful. My only issue was the gate never opened which made us upset when we needed to leave the property. Went to the front desk twice and it still Never worked at the gate. The wait was for someone to respond was beyond frustrating.

It's a great hotel with wonderful amenities. The staff is friendly except the shuttle driver's are kind of mean. The parking garage smells bad and the slides from the main pool needs to be replace are rusty and smells bad as well.
