The room was ok,and clean. They should revise the bath shower faucet,it was too hard to open that I always was calling the front desk,when I forced hard and it opened. It was leaking all night,so they knew it was like that,and closed hard for it stop. Other then that was just ok. I just called a front desk one time to ask about if had ice machine, because I know hotels like that has,and the man that attended the phone didn't care enough the guest to explain where it was,all he said was it was at second and fourth floor,and I could find with all cold storms of yesterday. Thanks for a worker walking by,he told me where it was. The location choose was good,but next time I will looking for better employees care
