It was disgusting. There was cockroach eggs laid everywhere. The room in the hallway smell like straight pee , the sheets were all stained. The couch bed was beyond disgusting it was the worst day I’ve ever had. I have pictures of everything too. But we needed a place to stay for the night and it was late already when we got here mind you we drove 21 hours to get treated that way we told the lady in the front and she said she’s sorry that our stay was that bad. Wow so sweet They should’ve gave me my money back.

The bathroom tub had pubic hairs and was rusted out. Took 3hrs for someone to come clean it by then I had showered in my socks already. Room floor was dirty. I had a torn meniscus and when I asked for help with my luggage upon leaving, I was told they were too busy.

Staff on the front desk where good, but the hotel itself was dirty and the towel ripped, stain, you literally dont know if the used them to mop the floor and then put them on the rooms or wth !! the front desk dont even want to see the picture of the towels like they know ...the room smells like miledw and the floors looks water damage ... i understand cheap but damm thus place is a nfw...

The hallway and rooms smell like cigarettes. Of course, they have a no-smoking policy, but I wonder how the odour got there in the first place. No room service, breakfast is merely cereal, bread, and DIY waffles. The bathroom is barely kept; towels are small and useless for drying oneself.

The quality of the hotel and room was extremely poor. Door locks didn’t work, there was no safe, no hot water, the room was dirty, smelled like mold, the hotel was falling apart, and there were homeless people haggling when we tried to get into the hotel. We did not stay the night because of how terrible this hotel was and how unsafe we felt staying there. Do not be fooled by the 4.6 rating on hotels.com, it is an absolute dumpster. The fact that hotels.com even allows this hotel to be listed is absurd. There is no way it meets any cleanliness or safety standards. I’m not sure how it is legally allowed to function.
