Pool was a mess, room only got cleaned once while we were there for 4 days, had to take our own wet towels up to get exchanged, hot tube didn’t work, only one outlet in our room worked, tv cut in and out the whole time.

I wouldn’t go back, breakfast was terrible, room smelled weird and was super dirty. The towels had hair and at breakfast I asked the lady working if I could get another protein bar (at 9:15), she said it was almost 9:30 so she wasn’t gonna go look for another protein bar since breakfast was almost over. Overral terrible experience. Only the guy working on Wednesday at noon was super nice.

Not impressed. Surprise charges on credit card.

The property has a nice courtyard despite the exterior having a view of a freeway intersection. We booked a room with a pull out sofa as there were two of us. We did not find any bedding for the sofa so asked for sheets and a pillow. We were given sheets but told it was not possible to source a pillow. After leaving, we found a surprise charge for the sheets on our credit card. Why would a hotel advertise a room with a pullout couch if it didn’t provide the necessary bedding for it? We’re we expected to sleep directly on the couch cushions with stains of unknown origin? There was also no soap provided in the washroom.

It was for one night only, worst smell ever, cigarettes and lysol. Tonton that, cockeroach in the bathroom, tiny bag of shampoo and conditionner for 3 guess. Never again. Price was ok but the place should be closed or at lease change the carnets. On a positive note pillows were great.

Good location & parking. Room was reasonably clean but facilities were in need of major repair e.g doors, bath The smell of weed permeated the room anytime the a/c is on. Woken up regularly by smoke alarm being set off several minutes at a time with no staff attention.

Absolutely not, paid $300 for a room that has rock hard beds to sleep on, no microwave only 2 working lights and not to mention theres no breakfast so paying for something that much with no breakfast was a horrible idea pls dont go here

Room has everything you need for a few nights stay, apart from hairdryer not working, but I had taken my own travel one. Nice basic breakfast of toast, waffles and cereal. Powerful shower and good coffee machine in room. There is not much around the area as in restaurants and bars
