Clean, Free Airport Shuttle Service but if you get a VIP food beverage credit - the hotel does not tell you - and then if you buy the food and later see the discount - they cannot apply it for you. Otherwise the hotel delivers as an airport hotel.

the bed was horrible . Toilet didn't flush, nade so much noise after glush. Sink was not working . We complained and the maintenance guy came but he said that's how allrooms were. All the toilets are the same. He can't do anything. For the bed the said all rooms have same beds . Horrible horrible stay . Our backs are hurting . Unfriendly staff. The cooking smell wasallover the hotel even in our room . Horrible filtration

Their shuttles service took for ever, the menu might be a decent size but they did not have most of what was on it, the one server they had called in one of the days we were there, the shuttle driver covered. I guess that explains why he would run late. The staff were polite, the hotel was clean and quiet.

Staff was friendly and helpful. No hot water for showers though. Didnt like idea of paying for parking (seriously, cost of a stay should be free parking in hotel's own lot) and no breakfast unless you pay. Definitely not Holiday Inn Express. Pillows are awful! Not firm very flimsy
