They never cleaned my room. We had to use the same towels on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We called more than 15 times, went to the reception, and nothing. The cleaning man arrived on Sunday at 6 p.m., and on Monday I left at 6:00 a.m. Terrible cleaning.

I recently stayed at Avanti International Resort in Orlando for 5 nights, reserving two rooms—one for my kids and another for my husband and I. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The resort felt very unpleasant. In my room (2320), the restroom/shower had stains, and the humidifier created a puddle of water under the sink area. The shower knob broke and was not fixed, and the water was cut off during a shower one day with notice. Room service was only provided every 4 days, leading to a buildup of trash. Events at the pool with loud music made it hard to rest and my kids' room (2319) had a shower that would spill water everywhere in the bathroom. The Cherry on Top.. My family got stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes. The elevator had no ventilation, and the emergency button DID NOT WORK! I had to call the 1-800 number from my cell phone to reach someone. The pool area was dingy and uninviting, and the cafe offered overpriced snacks—$8.50 for a bar of ice cream. Overall, the resort did not meet any of my expectations, with maintenance issues, poor service, loud noise, and overpriced amenities. We won’t be returning to Avanti International Resort in Orlando. It felt more like a budget motel than a resort, and guest comfort is not a priority to them. Do not waste your hard earned money at this place...

The hotel was nice . The check in was a disaster , we stood in line for over half an hour when there was only about four people in front of us . That was the last thing we needed after a long international flight . I felt sorry for the two members of staff who were trying to check people in , answer the phone and deal with other guests problems .

If I could give a negative rating I would. The room we had was in terrible condition, bed frame was broken, front door looked like it was pried open and you could see outside with the door closed. Mini fridge was not working and door hanging off, air conditioning was falling off the wall and so noisy you couldn’t have it running. The pool had trash floating in it and the grounds were littered with trash. There were people doing drugs in the stair well and we certainly didn’t feel safe. We tried to speak with management but they were never on site and didn’t respond to phone calls. I normally don’t leave reviews but this place is so bad I had to. Do not stay here.

The check-in process was terrible. We waited 45 minutes in line to check-in. The staff checking in was stressed and overwhelmed, which translated into their customer service. There was no greeting or acknowledgment. I compared it to being in a government office waiting my turn. Other than that, the hotel is conveniently located. The bartender at the pool, the DJ, and the cafe staff were great. There were good drinks and food by the pool. The room was clean and had a modern look.

We had an amazing time. It was my birthday weekend celebration and i requested a poolside view and the staff gave us an amazing room. Definitely will return as coming to orlando for my birthday is a tradition.

Friday evening check-in was fine, after that everything fell apart. There was half a roll of toilet in our room from friday (no extra) and I had my wife and 2 daughters. I got the text from the hotel saying ask for anything (text them at 2:05 about 4 rags and 4 towels) Never got them or a response. Got back to the hotel and realized I forgot my key in the room, went to the front desk and the line was literally out the door (it took 1hr 20mins) just to get a replacement key to get in my room. Ask can they have the same 4 rags and 4 towels from earlier with the text, the guy brings me 8 towels, luckily I saw a guy in the hall bringing someone else towels and I finally got what we needed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NOR WILL ME AND MY FAMILY EVERY STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Disappointing! We have stayed at this hotel many times before but the levels of cleaning have deteriorated significantly. They now only clean rooms once every four days. You can ask for a refresh but they only empty bins and change towels. This is a hotel not an apartment complex! When we asked about cleaning staff were not helpful, they obviously do not want you to have anything apart from the four day one. The best feature of this hotel remains the pool area and location in I drive.
