Mattress in bed are on really bad contidition you can feel the springs every time you even sit on it, same happened with the sofa. We stayed 4 nights, by my second day I called to request room service to clean up the room and beds as we travel with kids, all they said was they need to be notified 24 hrs in advance so we never got our room cleaned. Definitely super bad experience this time!

Just got back from a weekend in Orlando, and we had a blast at this hotel! It's true, you get what you pay for, but we were pleasantly surprised. Some reviews mentioned cleanliness issues, but we didn't experience that. The beds were clean, and the floors were tidy. Sure, the baseboards weren't spotless, but that's not a big deal. The amenities were amazing – we really enjoyed them! The food and drinks were a bit pricey, but that's pretty standard for a hotel. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again for a budget-friendly option with awesome amenities!

Terrible Stay for Families with Children Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially for families. The smell of marijuana was present throughout the hallways, which is completely inappropriate for a family-friendly environment. The design of the building allowed direct views into the rooms from the hallways, and we even saw people completely undressed—highly uncomfortable and unsafe. The noise levels were excessive, making it hard to rest. Additionally, the bathroom was clogged, and water would rise up to our ankles while showering. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with children.
