The rooms were clean and exactly wha we needed. The night shift staff on the night of check in was rude. We booked a king bed room and instead we received two queens. The lady at the front desk didn’t seem to care and just dismissed my complaint with “oh well sorry we are sold out for the night” and did not offer an apologies, explanations, or ways to fix the issue. We also weren’t told about having to pay to park and a random charge showed up on my credit card.
