If I could do gave -10 starts I would do it. After my reservation was paid off the hotel decided to cancel my reservation because supposedly my card was declined. How in the world was declined if as soon I booked the room they took the payment and it was all set. They did the same thing to my sister and when we ask what we were supposed to do without a room at 1:30am they said “It’s not my problem”. They would let people without a room without reason.

Stayed for a week for a family vacation and everything was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful in all areas of the hotel. Many others who visited recently left reviews that the pool wasn’t open. The indoor portion isn’t open but the outdoor portion is, so don’t let that be a deal breaker. Only bummer was having to pay for parking but other than that, we were all happy. I would definitely stay again.

We paid for the room. Non-refundable!!! When we got there it was no longer available. It was 1:00am and no help was offered. We had an 8am flight so We ended up going back to the airport and spent the night on the floor. Not good enough.
