The room we were given melt like pot! Whatever you sprayed to try and cover it up was horrible as well. The wife was so tired after our trip we just didn't want the hassle of requesting a new room. And with only 1 elevator working wasn't sure where the room might be if we did ask for a new one. We've always stayed at this location when in Florida. This property has seem to go down hill so we will be looking for another location in the future!

The smell was a little mildewy walking down the hall but the room was very clean and nice. Air worked great had two double beds but only 3 towels for 4 people. Not a huge issue but odd. Breakfast was okay. To be expected for a hotel stay. Shuttle took about an hour from time of call to pick up from the airport. They said they had a party of 12 before us so eh did stress it much.

A bit smelly.

The hotel shows its age. The carpet is smelly. The air conditioning goes on and off all night long I could hardly sleep. The staff is wonderful. It has that going for it.

Room didnt live up to the rating

The hotel is old. Smelled old and of cigarette smoke. We chose it for the rating but it definitely didn't live up to it. Only 1 elevator worked when we arrived. The room was half bathroom. The shower surround was cracked and the bath plumbing was dripping. There was literally an inch between the door and toilet. They had to have better rooms in a place that is supposed to have "suites". It was a huge turn off, just walking in. That being said, it was indeed clean. Just smelled old. Could be due to having non-smoking rooms close to smoking rooms... yuck

Great location

Great hotel location, plenty restaurants nearby within walking distance. Check in ok , receptionist quite sharp not friendly or professional, poor communication regarding transportation to airport, at MCO very difficult to call for transport back, had to call several times to connect with front desk, communication poor ! Great driver to and back from MCO. Our room spacious, clean , nice comfortable bed, plenty space in kitchen area , our only problem was the hallway carpets, absolutely disgusting smell , musty and corridors hot too ! Breakfast was excellent!
