Very disappointed in this property. The rooms are run down, the pools were average but the dining and bar areas were below average- food quality, choice and price. They also charge for everything! I asked for 4 clean room towels and was charged a $10 fee. The parking was difficult to get a normal sized SUV into. Overall would not recommend this property.

Better for owners or guests staying longer.

Arrived at 4:40 to check in and my room (which I booked two months in advance) was not ready (check in is 4:00). I waited while the reception lady “checked” for a room that was ready. Eventually she offered me a room that was on the second floor in a building with no elevator, which wouldn’t work since I had my elderly mom and my disabled son with me. Once she finally found a room that was ready, all was ok but they denied a late check out request which I think they should have approved since my room wasn’t ready and I had a wait at check-in. I was only there for two nights so can’t really review anything else. This was my 6th time at the resort, all previous times I was with an owner. Also there is a $25 per night parking fee which I thought was very excessive. Especially since the villas come to $400 per night most nights.

My only suggestion I would have is to have a sit down, nicer restaurant that would be walkable on property. It would be nice for the people without children. Another suggestion would be to keep small kids out of the hot tubs! There is a huge kids pool! Don’t get me wrong I love kids but they shouldn’t be in water that hot! Dangerous!

s is an amazing place for families. The two bedroom, two bathroom apartments give you plenty of room to spread out, and the full service kitchen gives you the option of eating "at home" instead of eating out during your stay. The in-room washer/dryer is also a great benefit. This facility is very near the Disney and other attractions and is also fairly close to the airport. The kids will love the 7 pools and activities offered there and at the recreation centers on the property. We've stayed here 4 times in the last 20 years, and we highly recommend it.

The sales associates or the managers for them ruined my experience during time share presentation! Couldn’t wouldn’t take no for a answer than he belittled me claiming he owed me for 15 more minutes because they gave me a GC when I stated 20x i wasn’t buying or interested at this moment..
