Our stay was wonderful. Pools were great! Activities, restaurants, bars, arcade, basketball court. Lots to do and a great place for families.

We loved the property and the spacious 2-bedroom villa. My only suggestion is to do research before buying theme park tickets from the resort. We were told they had cheaper tickets but ended up paying more.

We stayed at the Sheraton Vistana resort for 4 days/3 nights, the property is gorgeous and there are lots of options on hand. The staff was amazing, starting with check in and the Concierge group-5 stars! Text message support is available for random questions and the response time was quick. I also appreciated the availability of the shuttle service. Only downside was the staff at Zimmies, specifically Male bartender was not very welcoming.
