Kids and adults running through the halls at all hours. Doors slamming. Can hear everything through the walls. Fire alarm went off twice and we were told it's fine to go back to our rooms. But in a way were it felt like we were an inconvenience. We got no sleep both nights. When we put a complaint in, we were told it wouldn't matter and no one will do anything about it. Do not recommend staying here.

Two fire alarms in one night. I understand this happens. But with the first alarm at 1am, there was no guidance from staff as to when to return to our rooms. The second alarm (2 or 3am?) sounded and then abruptly stopped. We did not know if we should go back outside. We did not know if there was an actual fire. Communication would have been helpful.

Place was clean and we had everything we needed. The room was fine for what we needed for the Halloween weekend. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Had to pay exgra for a microwave and needed the team to being a space heater as the heat was off but once we got those things squared away it was a great stay. I will stay again.

If you expect to the rest of the hotel to look like the lobby pictures you are mistaken. The common areas were dirty and run down and no evidence of upkeep and repairs. The entire property looks as if it is ready to go under. We had a domestic disturbance in the room next to us and tried to call the front desk and there was no phone in the rooms. We had to call the direct line and were continuously put on hold. The front desk said the lack of phones in the rooms was due to a flood. They never specified what or when this flood was. The electric car charger station was broken and ducked taped to keep people from using it so we couldn't charge our car. The would have been nice to know before we booked at the property. I spoke to the front desk and was given the run around continuously. They have absolutely zero customer service intentions so keep your expectations low when you book there. I received the how are you doing texts from the front desk but they were only for show because they never really addressed any of my concerns.
