The two staff members I interacted with were very pleasant and genuinely seemed to care. The beds were very comfortable. That ends the good things. The worse was there was there was no hot water to take showers in the AM. We even waited up to an hour for it to get hot but we needed to get on the road. Since my husband was going to drive, he took a cold shower. They left 3 regular coffee packets and one decaf and only 2 creamers. So I had the decaf because that is what I have to drink and my husband had one regular. Coffee was pretty good, just not the proper ratio. The room was OK but dated. The rug really need to be cleaned and there was another persons hair in the bathroom sink. The wall in the shower showed signs of mold that I am allergic to There was a big wedding going on and parking was at a premium. The check-in person put us in a room where we could park close by, so another plus. This all might not have been the norm, but it's what I had to rate with. I was offered to go to the restaurant for coffee but waiting behind a bunch of other rude guest who barged in front of you, we just needed to get on the road. If they get these issues taken care of, we might stay there again as it is close to family and was a reason we had selected it. If not, then we will find someplace else. They need to close down different sections and do deep cleaning.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel and to formally request a refund due to several issues that negatively impacted my experience. Firstly, I discovered stains on the bedsheets in my room, which was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Additionally, I was informed that I could not use the pool until a certain time. However, at no point during my multiple calls to the hotel prior to arrival was I told that the pool would be closed. When I was finally able to access the pool at 7:00 p.m. (just two hours before it closed at 9:00 p.m.), my room key never worked to unlock the pool area. This meant I had to repeatedly go to the front desk just to gain access an unnecessary inconvenience. Overall, I found the property to be poorly managed, and the lack of communication and attention to detail significantly affected the quality of my stay. Given these circumstances. Refund is being requested.

We booked 2 king beds, but when we got there, they tried to give us 1 king and 1 double bed rooms. Turns out the hotel recently renovated a bunch of their king bedrooms to 2 double bed ones. So be careful, you may get downgraded without warning. The hotel itself is old and dingy. This place is very inconvenient to stay at if you are not participating in an event happening there. Most areas of the hotel are closed off to non-event guests. Their restaurant is not open on weekends, their pool hours are very weird and inconvenient and they don't have any way to get water other than to buy overpriced bottles from the front desk.

Loved the way the entire property smelled and the lobby was beautiful but the rooms were a bit outdated, you had to rent the microwave for the rooms, food specially breakfast was a bit pricey especially for not having meat on the menu and the times pool was open were horrible

Clean. Safe. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Easy parking. However, both times we have visited the heat did not work even though we tried the thermostat several times. Cool room would be ok if they had an extra blanket in the room. The mattress is on its last year. Pillows were perfect.

I gave the same overall rating of '3' that I gave when the hotel directly requested my evaluation. It's a very nice place, rooms were nice - plenty of space - and clean. Room temperature could not be lowered to be more comfortable. It was like the setting was stuck where they wanted it to be. Other issue that they lost points on was that restaurant was not open on time for breakfast. Posted time was 7-11AM & when I went down at 8:15 it wasn't open. And no one around to ask why. Front desk didn't even know. It eventually did open and seemed pricey for a self-serve buffet.

We have stayed here previously and had a wonderful stay, but after this stay we will not be back again. This stay was awful. The room, while very clean, had broken windows and screens. The toilet barely flushed and the shower was only providing boiling hot water - and the faucet mechanism felt like it was going to pull out of the wall. There was a constant drip in the tub no matter what we did. The other guest’s children were screaming and running up and down the hallways until well after 1am each night. There was garbage and messes left everywhere in the hallways and in the restaurants. Food was never cleaned up and put away after an evening dinner service. We mentioned this to the staff and they never even responded to my follow up email regarding all of these issues. We were extremely disappointed.
