After one night did not service my room. I had a broken coffee pot. I had one towel in my room. I asked for another towel and never got it. Was so happy to leave this hotel. Dirty. Disgusting pool on the side.

I didn’t like anything. Every day when we got back to our room no towels even though I said I wanted clean ones daily. One night they didn’t have any and woke us up at 10:30 pm delivering them. Was suppose to clean room every three days I went down four days in a room and still didn’t clean the room plus no towels once again. No internet at any time. We were there a week and I tried to talk to a manager and he was never there. Doors coming in by rooms never locked so just anyone could walk in. We lost our power and he said we had to many things turned on and blew a circuit. Shouldn’t the breaker be good enough for a couple light and a tv, air conditioner was on a different circuit. I think I should be reimbursed at least half of my money. I will neither stay there again or recommend it to anyone

The room was in good order but the common area and outside were dirty and unkempt. Looking out the window of my room there was an outdoor pool that is no longer in use and if was unsightly (half filled with dirty water and algae.

1-I reserved my room weeks in advance and when I got there after 8pm the room was not available. 2-Walking down the main hallway the number of spiders hanging from the lights were absolutely disgusting. My daughter almost didn't even walk down the hall. 3-we get to our room finally, and the bedding was covered in mildew. I will NEVER stay here again At this point I almost canceled and went to a different hotel until the gentleman at the front desk (who was defeated at this point) did the best that he could for the situation and he did put us with a king bed.

Last time in this hotel (Elmira has very limited options) they put us on the first floor in a room full of mould patches all over the carpet. We were moved to another room, also in the first floor, and still with serious humidity issues. So this time we insisted on a second-floor room. After a long wait, they did not give us a room until around 6pm. The beds were so poorly made and the linen so wrinkled that looked used. Not a single towel. After multiple calls and hard to believe stories ("we don't have any clean"; "we're washing them right now"; "they're not dry yet"), we got our towels at almost 10 pm. For sure the slowest laundry equipment in the whole world. The following day, a Monday, we called to find out until what hour they were serving breakfast and they told us 10 am. We went downstairs around 9:00 and the restaurant had a closed sign as in out of business (for the day or forever was unclear) with nothing offered for breakfast. Most likely that was a blessing in disguise... The hotel looked like a ghost place in a state of semi-abandonment. We went back to the room to pack and a few minutes later someone knocked on the door wanting to know when we were vacating the room. We should be refunded the money we paid for such a crappy place and experience.

Dated and dirty

The room was dirty and unkept. It looked like someone else had stayed there already and the bed was remade. The toilet wasn’t clean and there were many hairs on the towels even though they were folded. We ultimately left and stayed at a different hotel because it was not sanitary.

Not Impressed

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I walked to my car in the parking lot at night and was attacked by a 1000 mayflies. The hotel is dated. The air-conditioner vents were broken and therefore blowing directly at the bed all night. The desk in the room had at least 100 dead mayflies. There was a beetle walking on the wall. There was a dirty sock by the bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper or tissue or shampoo. The bathroom only had two sets of towels even though I had specified three people in my hotel reservation. There were no towels at the pool. I was not impressed.
