Breakfast menu offered 3 options, somewhat limiting if staying more than 2 nights. Fyi Tim Hortons is across the street for coffee and breakfast. 7-11 and drug mart is also across the street if want snacks, drinks, or specific toiletries. Hotel location convenient to public transportation, easy to get to from the airport. Also within walking distance to the convention center, if attending a conference or event. The hotel staff provided excellent service; very welcoming and available to assist with questions or local tips, and easy/smooth check-in and -out. The hotel room was comfortable with a large bathroom and small closet, the window curtains did not close all the way so had to keep together with a hair clip. Not sure if the room temp control work because i adjusted the temp and there was no change. The area gets a good amount of vehicle and people traffic, and my room faced the street, so a tad noisy at all hours. Also appreciated that the hotel entrance/lobby doors were locked at night for safety. Overall, would definitely come back for another stay at the St. Regis in Vancouver.

I really like the hotel and will certainly stay there again. There is some traffic noise and Granville Street is worth avoiding between the train station and the hotel. In any event the easiest walking route from the station is through Pacific Centre to Dunsmuir. Turn right on Dunsmuir and the hotel is one block east

The hotel itself is amazing. Great staff great service. Unfortunately there is a larger homeless population in the area. Lots of yelling early in the morning. I will say it is not a reflection on this hotel or their staff. Their breakfast is great and included. Which at the cost of things these days is a bonus Definitely stay here !!

lovely small hotel with excellent boutique vibe

There are so many positives to mention about the St Regis a. lovely room b. quiet, boutique vibe of this great little hotel c. outstanding complementary breakfast (cooked to order off the a la carte menu where there are three very good options provided) d. perfect location for the hotel - right next Granville Station, a few blocks from a station on the Canada line, and 5 min walk from Gas Town. I will make the St Regis my hotel of choice whenever I visit Vancouver,

Parking situation was very difficult. Valet would work better. The lights in the bedroom were difficult to operate. Either all on or off. Staff was delightful. Homeless situation (while not in their control) is not ideal.

Absolutely loved everything about the hotel from the moment we checked in. The location is excellent, walking distance to plenty of shopping and dining options. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast which was included in our reservation, exceeded our expectations. Can’t wait to come back!
