We had a lovely stay here in a great central location. Breakfast was great - some of the best waffles I've ever had and really friendly wait staff. Wagner drove us to the port for our cruise and he was the highlight of our stay. So knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

This is a great boutique hotel. Very flexible with early check in and late check out. Breakfast was more than we expected with options instead of continental. We also used the rooftop bar for happy hour drinks and a subsequent dinner. Date night option for Tuesday and Wednesdays is a great deal. Overall very impressed with this hotel.

I love the rooftop restaurant even with limited food choices. The view is stunning especially if you catch the sunset. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff especially the cleaners are friendly. Front desk staff are helpful. All in all a good experience!

The bedroom and hotel were as expected, very comfortable and conveniently located. The breakfast is the biggest disappointment of our stay: the food on day one was really not great, with tasteless eggs, one greasy toast and very limited choices on the menu. We came back the next day as we had to get on a bus shortly after breakfast but were not able to be served despite waiting for more than 15 minutes before anyone decided to talk to us. They were completely understaffed and were not using half of the restaurant room. After waiting next to the booth endlessly and being completely ignored, they finally told us to come back 45 minutes later, which was not an option for us. It was quite annoying to have waited this long for bad food and not get anything in the end, especially when we could have been on our way to the Starbucks right around the corner if they had told us sooner that they couldn't serve us food.

The hotel looks nice when you arrive but it’s very dated once you get past the lobby. I would say it’s a 2.5 star hotel not even a 3 star. The staff were lovely. The rooms are circa 1994 and in need of a major update. I’m sure it would be fine for some, but for over $300 a night I was a little shocked when I stepped off the elevator. Check-in was easy. Our neighbors had extremely fragrant food late at night and we could smell every bite of it. Thin walls. Great view and location. If you’re looking for a modern stay, def not it.
