This is an older hotel. It is worn. It is just what I’d expect for being close to downtown Vancouver. It was quiet and comfortable. It was very safe.

Skip this hotel at all costs. The elevators were malfunctioning all weekend and fully stopped working on Monday, leading to guests having to walk about 2-14 flights of stairs, luggage and all. Huge problem there’s no other way to go up or down besides the stairs. On top of all that the rooms are disgustingly dirty, the carpet is sticky and has stains (looks like animal urine). Pool area was dirty and the pool is not heated, hot tub barely has working jets. Main heater did not work as well. Save your money and go somewhere less run down.

Room was clean and the staff were great. It was a very easy walk to Rodgers arena. We walked to the mall and there were lots of food options around. We will 100% stay again.
