The room's floors werent vaccumed and the server in the restaraunt was very aggressive and clearly wanted to finish serving us so she could go home, but the rest of the hotel and staff were excellent. Hotel is within walking distance of most places you'd want to go in downtown vancouver.

I would rate this closer to a 4.5 if possible. Overall, my stay was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. The only minor drawbacks were a faint odor from the heater at the beginning and a delay in getting hot water on the first day. Both issues resolved quickly and did not affect the rest of my stay. One suggestion would be to add a water refill station in the lobby, which would be a convenient touch for guests.

Parking was a hassle. Because we were driving a pick up truck it wouldn’t fit in parking garage and had to park two blocks away and husband is physically disabled. Should have had handicapped parking somewhere close. Carpet was filthy in room but other than that it was super clean. A nice centrally located hotel.
