We stayed just the one night. As we went to a concert. It was super close to venue. But the parking was not very clear on whether you still needed to pay the parking in the lot. They need to inform you, that you are billed when you check in. Other than that, super helpful and friendly desk staff. 😊

Wonderful stay in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The staff went above and beyond in making it an enjoyable stay from advising me on the best running paths, restaurants, and fun things to do in the area. The room was super comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located near Rogers Arena which was my top reason for choosing to stay here. It was a wise decision!

If you have a concert or show to attend, it works.

The location was great for what I needed and the bed itself was quite comfortable. However, for value that I paid the room was really small and rather unclean. There was even silverfish I caught a few times in the bathroom and I was on the 11th floor. I was not impressed overall.

Moxies was disappointing, there were two sets of prices pertaining to happy hour and regular menu for same products. The first mornings' breakfast was just so tasty and presented beautifully - successful food thereafter was delivered tepid almost cold. Variable prices in coffee etc, depended on who was your allocated waitress.
