It was a great stay at sandman hotel downtown, room was kinda smaller than the picture shown, and view was kinda back alley at north tower side, so if you want good view then i wouldn't preferred north tower. Breakfast was not free but hotel and staff were very professional

Hard to find a breakfast place nearby. Vincinity to venues is great. Stairwells were very dirty. Had to use because elevators were so slow and there was a big lineup after the concert. Good sushi places nearby. Rooms were updated and in fairly good condition and clean. Being downtown there are issies with homeless people and it did not seem very safe at night. Swimming pool was freezing.

Closest accommodation to Rogers Arena. Nice renovations. Only complaint was an overpowering deodorizer or cleaner used in the room. It actually made us feel unwell. Will not stay here again as a result.
