Opus was simply phenomenal. We came here for our wedding night and it was incredible. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the amazing Dorothy to all the complimentary upgrades and just incredibly sincere, prompt and amazing staff, and our room just being so on point. I loved the cool water pistol art piece, the heated floors, reflective windows with great views. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the bar or the breakfast but my wife did and she said it was rad.

This was my third time staying at the Opus and it remains my favorite hotel in Vancouver. I love the location and ease of check-in and valet parking. The service provided by the staff is wonderful. They are gracious and helpful - especially for this last trip where I left an item behind. Thank you!

The hotel itself is nice and well located. The valet required parking (at an additional fee) was a surprise and very inconvenient for us. I also recieved an email from the hotel prior to arrival stating that they had updated my booking and the cost would be less per night, however that was not honored and the email I sent inquiring about it before arriving was not returned. We will find other accommodations next time we visit the city.

OPUS is wonderful!

Check in was fast and seamless. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My room was great, with everything I needed. The heated floor in the bathroom was an extra added bonus! Everything was clean and ready to use. The added items like the aromatherapy roller ball by the bed, and the amazing smelling soaps and lotions was a welcome surprise.
