Great styling and location. However the room layout is very awkward, shower curtains aren't long enough to keep the water from gushing out, and the entire bathroom is a big window onto the street with no window in the room. Only decaf coffee was in the room, I requested regular pods in the morning but still none were delivered. Lastly no VIP perks were given for parking or room upgrades despite me requesting them specifically.

I liked that it was across the street from the Yaletown-Roundhouse subway station and kitty-corner to the Yaletown-Roundhouse bus stop. Also it’s only a couple blocks to the Aquabus that goes across False Creek. The room was clean, with a nice view of the city, staff was friendly, food was delicious and I liked the decor.
