I stayed at this location for a few nights and overall I was happy with my experience. My room was absolutely spotless, and overall the room especially the bed were comfortable. The staff were super nice and friendly and I really loved dining at the restaurant. However their parking situation can significantly improve, and it would have been nice if they had a few free water bottles in the room. I did find a water fountain downstairs which was nice.

Room was relatively small for a corner suite; there was as much hallway as there was living space. Beds were comfortable and amenities were nice. A very nice location for downtown activities.

Great stay

Hotel staff was fantastic and helpful when checking during an especially busy time. The hotel is well located and central. The king room with balcony is spacious and very comfortable. There were just a couple corners that could have been a touch cleaner but really nothing that would deter me from returning. Only thing I'd ask for improvement is adding more hooks in the bathroom and tub for towels and wash cloths. There is otherwise only a small shelf in the bathtub which wasn't very helpful for washcloths. I would definitely return in the future.

We stayed here overnight before our cruise. The staff were lovely and helpful, we paid an additional $20 to get into a room early as our flight arrived earlier in the day. Well, the hotel is lovely. The immediate area around is a little sketchy, I went out in the morning to get coffees from the McDonald’s/Tim Hortons next-door and had trouble getting in because they lock all of the main doors, but there is no signage. A lovely homeless man helped direct me to the correct door, then followed me in and asked me to buy him a coffee, which I did. It was fine but a little unnerving at 6 AM.

The hotel is conveniently situated, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are helpful. I especially appreciated the fact that my request for an early check in was honoured without any difficulty or extra charges.
