We loved the attentive staff, Starbucks in the lobby and comfortable room. We wished that water was provided in our room - the only option was to purchase a refillable bottle for $7. We just bought one and shared it. Great location to walk around- luxury shopping is right around the corner, or walk to the port and see the cruise ships. In a safe part of town.

Rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. One day they forgot to leave towels but we called and they brought some. We do love their elevator system that helps immensely when there is a big crowd.
