Cleanliness is below acceptable standards

The bed linens are stained and appear to be in poor condition. I have stayed at this motel many times over the years. I can feel that the overall condition is declining.

Upon check-in the desk clerk was not friendly, however this was the least of our problems! 1. The room was dirty Comforters has stains that looked like blood on them. 2. Smoke smell 3. Individuals yelling on the second floor It was so bad we walked in and out of the room, took our luggage and went to another hotel.

There were flying ants in the room…both dead and alive. No coffee maker in the room. The room was tiny. Not a place I would go back to. The staff however were very nice.

Very disappointed

The room smelled when you walked into it. There was dirt on the floor by the air conditioner, and there was dirt on the floor in the corner of the bathroom. The bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The pillows were very hard. We were supposed to stay two more days and we left early. This is the second time we have had issues at a red roof inn on opposite ends of the state and I will never stay at a red roofing again.

Grim but good value

The grim appearance of the property was brightened up considerably by the cheerful woman who checked us in. The mattress was a bit old and tilted, the lighting near top of walls seemed dirty…however this was a pretty good price for the room and the shower water pressure was excellent. I would actually stay here again.

Room smells distinctly like smoking, among other things. Floors are filthy. Cobwebs behind the toilet, along with pee, sink literally appears to have vomit leftover from another "guest". Door latch seems to be made from plastic. Police taking a guest away as we pulled in, and another one playing rather loud music and drinking beer in the parking lot.
