Room was great, beds should all be upgraded to queen's as doubles just aren't big enough for 2 people. Remove the desk chair thats too big for the space and pillows need to be upgraded too. With all that, the room was clean and stocked with towels and toiletries and plenty of cups. I'll continue to book and stay here

Hello, This hotel was nasty. There was water damage in the room, urine on the toilet seat when we entered the room, hair on the bathroom floor, dirty towels hung up. The lights turned off on the night stand during our first night and the only light that worked was the bathroom. The phone never worked. There was so much noise our second night - people banging in the stairwell and out on the balcony. We could not call down to the main reception cause our phone didnt work. I tried calling a number of time via cellphone and no answer. I had a child and due to the sketchy behaviours and illicit drug use on the balcony I was not going to leave her in the room alone. Our lock on our balcony door also did not work and had to push a chair in from of it to ensure safety. It was a nightmare. Stay far away from this hotel. Sorry for the poor review but there needs to be more attention made to this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and courteous on arrival. The hotel room we were in was very tired. The fabric on the headboard was peeling off the frame, the carpet was fraying and the bathroom looked dirty. Rooms are in need of significant renovations.

The breakfast was very good however I believe you need more staff to over customers during this busy time! There seemed to be only 2 wait staff on the floor covering a range of duties and they performed their duties really well but it seemed unfair to them they had to cover so many duties.

Room needed to be vacuuumed under the bed. Nightstands and clock dusty. Pool area wasnt very clean. Just needs some TLC. Staff was excellent!
