The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be much sound proofing between floors and walls, it was extremely loud I could hear the people above me talking and walking across the floor. Also there is a gap between the door and the floor so you can hear everything in the hallway. It’s a lovely hotel with a great staff and restaurant if the noise doesn’t bother you.

The hotel has a nice charm. How, although the staff is friendly, they are non-responsive to customer service requests. We stayed 4 nights and requested room service by day 2. We did not receive room service at any time and were forced to go to the front desk for resupply and towel service. Worst room service in all my decades of travel.

This was a nice property with an excellent restaurant next store, however, we did not have the best of experiences. Firstly, upon our arrival there were no towels in our bathroom and we had to hunt someone down in order to have them for a shower. Second, the guests above us were incredibly loud late into the night and once again very early in the morning. It was difficult to tell if the walls were incredibly thin, or if we just happened to be unlucky enough to be in a room under something that decided to stomp around all night and early in the morning.

The property is beautiful. Lobby is gorgeous. Only complaint is that the floors are too thin. I could hear the ppl above use moving around at 6 am. Not a very restful sleep.
