"Overall disappointed "
Had high expectations of this apartment after looking at the beautiful photos online. But got highly disappointed straight away. The email with the booking confirmation included no instructions with how to access the property. When arriving at the address we had no idea how to get into the apartment. The address is actully a bar, we even asked the bar staff if they had any idea how to get in but nothing. We later found out that The entrance is at the back of the building, on a completely different address. The number from the booking confirmation email is not even correct. Took us a while to find the right number to call someone who could let us in. When we did it went straight to voicemail followed by a text message saying this person is busy and will get back to me as soon as they can. Eventually someone send us a text message with instructions of how to access the property, about an hour after arriving. The apartment itself looks great initially but we were again let down by the facilities. The main shower drain was clogged up, after a short shower the whole shower floor was already flooded and I had to stop showering before the whole bathroom floor would be flooded. I also shared the shower with a nice little cockroach on top of that. Further on the apartment is located on the top floor, about 4/5 floors up, and the lift was broken. The apartment have potential to be perfect once these flaws get fixed, and would love to visit again due to the great location and view.
