The property is centrally located from the downtown area and Darling Harbour, as well as public transportation and many wonderful restaurants. The staff are very helpful & friendly, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. I would most definitely stay here again!

Fix the bathroom door its not wide enough on each side To Even cover the door way and a also not In its track as well the shower slidding door is rubbish And that toilet whats the go with that????? You have to flush five times fr ok m the swish swash it does with your business for it to even work correctly lol Let me guess you needed a highly paid GM to make the decision to input that right??? Lol

The only thing good about this property is the location and vecinty to all main tourist places. ( they also have free coffee and hot chocolate at main foyer). They need NEW housekeeping staff. We never got soap in our 4 night stay. Shampoo and shower gel weren’t topped up. Curtían was yellow and gross. Shower drain was clogged. They never cleaned up our dirty coffee cups. The last two nights they didn’t top up coffee / milk. Third night one our sheet had brown stains. Honestly the list goes on. For the price that you pay it is not worth it. Staff are trained to be polite and acknowledge your concerns but when it comes to actually rectifying and delivering they are useless. Don’t recomend and will never stay here again!!

A nice hotel in a convenient location, but very disappointed with the room size! No photis of the room that they gave me on the website. All spacious pics wuth lounges and big bathrooms and kitchens! Mine was barely the size of a shoebox, the only place to lay a suitcase was on the bed, so 2 people would be siluper squshy I wouldn't stay there again if it was the same room
