Our recent return stay at The Langham, Gold Coast was nothing short of exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the effort put into making our celebration feel personal and memorable genuinely meant a lot to us. It’s rare to come across service that leaves such a lasting impression. The entire experience — from the beautiful room to the impeccable service throughout the hotel — was first class. Our anniversary was made unforgettable thanks to Taylor and the wonderful team. We can’t wait to return again soon.

I only stayed there due to the proximity to the convention centre. What I didn't like was the fact the TV remote wasn't working and the shower head in the bathroom was broken.

Great place - great views - quiet corner but good shops/restaurants nearby
