Blown away with the size of it! We got a free upgrade on arrival (probably due to staying in a couple of Meriton hotels on our trip). Our room was the full length of the block with a balcony on either side. Had its on chill out room as well as living area, dining area and kitchen. 3 TVs for the 2 of us and enough space to swing a herd of cats. Great place and would definitely stay again

If you’re staying in Gold Coast this is a great place to stay easy travel around to surfers tram right by, Nice bars and Woolies below, Staff so friendly, Good if you forget anything they help out Pool and spa and sauna so good Best views really had an amazing experience and worth every dollar. Definitely stay here really do recommend that and just to enjoy the view would highly recommend the ocean view . Felt like a luxury holiday at an affordable price 10/10

The location is good. The staff were fast and helpful. The building feels new and modern. The room I was in (2702) seemed tired and basic for the price. Amenities at a minimum, very basic kitchen, skirting boards scuffed, mirrors dirty. This would be a fine mid range option, but there is a disconnect between the 5 star rating and price and the quality of the room. It was just fine, but not special. There are better options on the Gold Coast.

I stayed in a 1-bedroom studio in level 47 with great view of Nerang river and the ocean. The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable.

I love this hotel normally with its amazing ocean views, however this time the bed was basically like laying on the hard floor. I raised it with reception and they added a mattress topper - which did absolutely nothing. Very sad that they’re introducing these hard mattresses. The girl at check in was friendly and lovely

Great stay here as usual. Appreciate them trying to be a “no schoolies” hotel, however it’s hard to actually police this if there are dishonest people booking sneakily. Already planning my next trip back!
