Reception were so welcoming. All of the staff were amazing. The room was pristine. Will not stay anywhere else moving forward. The location was absolutely ideal. No complaints at all.

Room had a dirty stained couch. Curtains in bedroom need replacing as they are well worn with holes. There was no electricity on the last day so the bathroom was pitch black and we couldn’t shower. And on one night the tv had no signal so we couldn’t watch tv. The receptionist did offer us another room the day after we arrived but we had already unpacked and settled in. When one chooses accommodation you expect to get full services and expected conditions.

Good location , unpleasant stay Convenient location. Close to the tram stop, Broadbeach and the beach. Staff were good, amenities were okay, gym air conditioner was out of order and one of the two lifts were out of order a few times during our stay. Cons Owners pool party December 6 Packed with kids In the water all day , limited access for guests of the hotel. Went into the pool the next morning and the water was not clean. Same people and families from the owners party arrived again to access the pool the next day. This is just one of cons of a hybrid hotel/apartment complex. December 9th morning, some random guy knocks on the door at 8:30AM telling us about a drainage issue on the balcony. We had no idea about it and just told him that we are not sure. He came in had a look and left… Hotel staff never advised us. Overall ok.
