The staff was the opposite of friendly. At checkin and checkout, not even a hello, no smile, no did you enjoy your stay. These folks should not be in the hospitality business. As to the facilities, they are at the lower end of the motel experience spectrum.

No one at front desk on arrival @ 3pm (Check in time). Had to leave and call back at later time to make sure someone would be there when I got back to the hotel. Hotel lobby smelt of someone just cooking in it. The place wasn’t dirty per say but also didn’t have that clean feeling.

It was alright… I suppose - light was out in my bathroom - tv wasn’t working - neighbor was making phone calls all hours of the night so I hardly got any sleep - breakfast was bare minimum with at least 45min left in the breakfast window

The room is mostly ok, but the need to do some upgrades and repairs and rethink the set up. One side of the bed does not have a side table, lamp or outlet as they put the fridge and microwave there. The bathroom door is falling apart and makes a loud noise when you open it. The room service is kind of daily. They did partially restock the room, but did not really clean or make the bed. The breakfast was bad for us. The first day we went at 8:30 and there was very little there. Just some bagles, waffles and tiny muffins. The second day we wanted to get an early start, but when we went at 6:45 and nothing was set up, so we had to leave later than wanted. The road noise here is really bad and you often here noise from other rooms. I would not recommend this place nor would I return.

Not thrilled

Hotel and room was clean; building was old but was as well kept as possible. Problems such as building had settled so bathroom door bound up when closed and snapped loudly when opened. The big problem was this was one of two adjoining rooms: there was only one hollow core door between them. You could see light over the door so that tells you how not soundproof it was. Paper thin walls too. We could hear the couple in that room bicker all night like they were right next to us.

Location is convenient for visiting family in the area, and the rates make it a better value than lodging in Conway. We're usually there for 1 night, so this hotel works for our purposes.

Wouldn’t even bring a dog there again

Violates ADA by charging for Service Animals and then lies to hotels.com saying it was voluntarily paid for. Odd business practice. Hotels.com was great about it, as for this business, they need a lot of education.

Was disapointed on the quality of service from staff. No « hi welcome » no info on facilities of site. The wifi was not working- not internet and was not fixed when mentionned. Had to call to know what were the breakfast hours, should have been informed at arrival. Pour breakfeast choices. I would not recommend for a vacation. Although it was very clean, we did not enjoy out stay
