small rooms but very clean and super friendly and helpful staff

They did not turn on air conditioner I ask they said only day time but day time same hotel turn off 24 hours I can’t sleep i did ask for change another room they said all room the same I don’t come back this hotel

Spacious room with a wide range of amenities which met my needs. The staff were overall amazing and friendly.

This hotel met all my needs in terms of location and quietness. Although located in the Shibuya area of Tokyo, it was one block from the main street and surprisingly very quiet. Access to all areas of Tokyo were so easy from Shibuya. The staff were above and beyond. They always asked me about my day and what my plans were and when I returned, they always asked about my day. In terms of the room itself, it is pretty small but I believe standard for Tokyo. I did have to close my suitcase to get around but it was not really a big deal. The bed was very comfortable. A shower had good pressure. I did not have any meals at the hotel but there is a coffee shop downstairs which was excellent. All in all, I highly recommend this property for your Tokyo stay.
