Dirty

Hallways were filthy, patchwork all over the walls, hair in the shower, hair in my ice bucket, shower was luke warm. Person at the front desk suggested parking in the back parking lot and going in the back door to be close to the elevator, the entire back lot all the way up to the back door was a sheet of ice, I almost fell the gentleman in front of me did. Only thing that was good was the bed. I visit Saratoga every year around this time, my first time staying here and the last, I'll be going back to the Hyatt. You get what you pay for.

Except for the young lady at the front desk, Kyleigh, who went out of her way to be helpful and kind, it’s just an average hotel. The staff was great but the room had a bad smell, the phone didn’t work, the pillows were hard and lumpy and the bed is not something you’d dream about getting back in to. I’m not really complaining because for what it cost you can’t have high expectations, and I’d stay there again. It was quiet.

Satisfied Holiday Stay

We stayed on Christmas Day and it was a ghost town, but the complimentary breakfast was amazing and the service was great. A few things that we experienced in this offseason stay: - Toilet in our room was backed up - The bed was very worn and had 2 deep valleys - The TV was outdated and we couldn't access any streaming channels

Starting from our entry, water leaking onto the lobby floor ( through a light socket), to a short count on towels in room , Keurig coffe machine not functional, and finally no soap in bathroom (bottle of body soap in shower not useavle - plunger broken and bottle fixed in mounting, unable to be opebed).
