The room was absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was not cleaned. Shower did not drain, which resulted in standing water the entire time of showering. Shower curtains were stained and filthy. Room was not vacuumed and had lots of crumbs everywhere. Room service was not available, and when service was requested the beds were not made and trash was left in the room. Personal items from the previous customer were still in the room also. The room next door was playing music so loud it was vibrating the walls, and they also had intense arguments with slamming doors for about an hour. The back entrance was left propped open numerous times which allowed random individuals to come and go as they pleased. Personnel sleeping in the hallways which was not the best sight.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even though the cost per night is cheap.

There was pee smells from the dogs staying there. The pee was in the hall where we had to walk pass to get to our room. The room was dirty. There were people living there that was dumpster diving. There was a note posted on the door from the fire marshal. We ended up not staying there. We asked for our money back but the property will not contact us about the situation. It really doesn’t deserve a 1 star. The lady that checked us in said we could get a refund but now it’s all quiet and no refund.

Pool had oil across the top and dirty, spa was dirty and being refilled dirty, the people staying next to us was loud, had dogs, building is in bad shape with 3” cracks and parking lot was in bad shape. Checked out after 30 mins and out of 3 days I was suppose to stay they refunded only 2. Would not ever recommend this hotel.

Room fridge unplugged and moldy Swimming pool 3/4 full of water and not filtering. Hot tub working with only 12” of water in it. Pool area should be closed Breakfast scrambled eggs were not cooked just liquid in a warming pan. Bad review

First off we had to change rooms 3 times. First room was flooded, which was inderstandable because of the snow. Second room heater didnt work. Third room heater never heated up the room took literraly all night to heat the room to 64 degrees. The shower curtain had mold on it, the bathroom looked dirty. The toilet took two times to flush still wouldnt get everything down. The common areas were nice though. And the lady who helped us was very nice and helpful.

Room was not clean. There were roaches, an empty liquor bottle, and sock on the floor in the room. It clearly had not been cleaned. Front desk staff was amazing, showed us 3 other rooms to help make us comfortable. Found a clean one and had no further issues.
