Not really clean, Friendly staffs You need to remind them of the amenities you need multiple times and room service and room cleaning takes sooo long I left in the AM went back to the room to get changed around 3-4pm, room was still not cleaned. Wasnt sure if it was low staff as it wasnt the peak season, but even if i request cleaning service to be done by specific time, it was never met.

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana had the highest level of service of the three resorts I have stayed at in the area. Very helpful and friendly staff, immaculate facilities, all around fantastic. One suggested improvement is to heat the adult pool.

Amazing place for families. My kids loved the water parks and ordering their own drinks! Beach was beautiful with plenty of chairs and activities each day. Food was decent, but service was very good.

This hotel offers an excellent ratio quality/price. Nothing spectacular but a solid ratio quality/price. But I recommend NOT taking room 1159 because the storage room of the cleaning service is right next to it. Hence, you can hear staff constantly coming and going from it, with Wally tally.

The staff were so attentive and welcoming. We never had to wait long for any requests made. Some staff were much more friendly and went overboard to make us feel special. The room was beautiful, the beach was perfect, and I cannot wait to go back!!

Very large room and a bathroom that was set up in a clever way for multiple people to use it at the same time. Lots of pools. Neat little details like popsicle stations and cocktail food trucks in various locations. Great waterpark. Free golf cart "trains" driving around the resort on fixed routes, picking up and dropping off guests.
