Great resort there’s not much to do at night but either than that it was good, beach has a lot of seaweed but they end up cleaning it up very well! Food is good nothing spectacular, rooms are great very clean and spacious

Book PrefferedClub to get all the perks, like we did. Beautiful property. Food not bad for all inclusive, expected worst. Gratuity included but bring a lot of singles, expected to tip for everything. We enjoyed both sides family and adult resort. No complains. Beach access was not ready for full season, team of laborers was working daily. Construction did not affect us we stayed in ocean front villas, no noise. Beware of timeshare presentation. Beach flooded with local salespeople, every 2 minutes someone is selling something. But if you tell them no, they leave you alone. Considering going back. Good resting spot.

Excelente ubicación, las comidas en los restaurantes de buena calidad, el teatro no tiene aire acondicionado, tiene abanicos pero los shows son buenos, sería perfecto si le colocaran aire, este hotel siempre tiene entretenimiento. Tristemente las cervezas en la piscina son calientes. Las chicas del café son las perlas de este hotel. José Abad en el restaurante Olivo, excelente servicio, Josefina y Cruz en el área de relaciones pública, muy buenas chicas a la hora de ayudar y resolver. El hotel te ofrece una aplicación para realizar las reservas de los restaurantes. La limpieza de las habitaciones no fallaban, estaba todo en óptimas condiciones. Sugiero que controlen la entrada y salida de las moscas en los buffet, buscar tapas o algún objeto para proteger los alimentos. Les recomiendo este hotel al 100% está es mi segunda vez visitándolo en familia y pareja. Los chicos de las barras y animación son increíbles también.

The property itself was great, with good amenities, and everything was very clean and pristine, and new. When it comes to food and overall dining, it is tough to get reservations at restaurants, and there is only 1-2 options open if you do not get them. The buffet and room service did not have much vegetarian food. Other than that, the rooms, property, pools, and drinks were very nice!

We had a great stay at Serenade Punta Cana. Food is great and a great buffet, great drinks. Room cleanliness was not spotless (stained sheets, hairs in bathroom and on sheets) Expect to have to tip your way into everything (better drinks, minibar refill etc.) if you do not tip, you do not get good service.
