Check-in Check-in was quick, and we got drinks, but for three guests, we received only two keys and no hotel info. Staff Service was terrible—getting water took forever, and staff seemed uninterested. Most didn’t understand basic English. They were more helpful to Spanish speakers. A wrong coffee order was remade with a bad attitude. Room Spacious and clean, but the bathroom design was awkward—one door for both the toilet and shower, which had a transparent wall. Coffee and drinks were restocked every other day, and we got only two bathrobes for three guests. Beach/Pools Clean with enough loungers. Lots of seaweed, but staff cleaned it quickly. Restaurants/Bars Reservations were nearly impossible. When we finally dined in, service was poor, and food wasn’t worth it. The sports bar was severely understaffed, making ordering a hassle. Entertainment The best part—plenty of activities, and the animation team was great. Overall The hotel has potential, but due to poor service, we wouldn’t return.

The staff was not friendly or attentive and everything is run via QR codes, yet there are no QR codes in the room and when you ask a question, staff refers you to the QR code without guiding you through. We arrived the first day, couldn't make a dinner reservation because all facilities were full and no staff wanted to help resolve the issue or provide a better customer experience. Multiple people trying to 'help' just wanted to take you on a walking tour of the facility and upsell you to the VIP amenities. Despite it not being at capacity, was hard to find a seat at the beach or pool that didn't already have a towel on it. Pass this one over and pick another option.

I loved the view and walking distance of the beach. The alcoholic beverages were great but some of them were very sugary and sweet.

I loved that they are very family oriented and the Entertainment people were involving the children as well as the adults. There were also a bunch of things to do within the facility itself. For example, Zumba class, nightly shows, nightly dancing, beach party, etc. Only a few things we didn't like. I didnt like that you could only book reservations for 2 nights at a time. Also, the vendors were getting kind of annoying (especially the massage). The towels for the pool needed to be swaped with the towel cards and they closed at 6pm, but the pool closed at 7pm. We would have to wait for the next day to exchange the towels. The towels were also old and thin. Also, when eating at the buffet, they would double seat people. We would all go up to get food and by the time we would go back to the table, either the hostess sat someone else or people would just walk in and seat themselves. There is also no sign at the entrance stating that they need to wait to be seated. Along with the buffet, it would be nice to have more Dominican dishes instead of just a few and more American food. Lastly, during the dancing at night and the beach party, I think it would be nice to have more spanish music than american music since we are in a different country. Overall though, it was my first experience here at this hotel and it was amazing! Definitely going back soon with my family!

At first I was scared after some negative reviews but I absolutely will come back to Seranade Punta Cana ! The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious foods (buffet and restaurants) and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. We loved our stay.

The hotel was pretty good, but the service in the restaurants could be faster, sometimes we were waiting for water for 30 minutes, and they clean the table very slowly, the servers are never friendly. The entertainment was fair. The food varieties very limited. The beach is good for the kids, there's big shallow area that people can ever snorkel. Rooms are good, comfortable beds. So everything was pretty good except for the service in the buffet.

Grabiel, Maximo, Alphonse, Ashley Lopez all were great. I enjoyed my room. Now the meeting about joining the resort can be left off. Because we are here for a vacation and not be sold on anything. Jose was great when it was time to book an event. The food at the restaurant you have to book was not really good The CUT the veggies were cold, and it wasn't a meal meal. The reservation was gone fast. The buffet restaurant was good but there was a bug crawling in my food. Some of the prices for services was a little too high. AND then you have someone on the beach taking photos with your phone and then want to charge you for the photo. Like HOW! I would probably come back, Long as I do not have to do a presentation on why I should buy into the property.
