We had a wonderful family stay at the hotel. The food and beverage options were excellent, and the sleep quality was outstanding. The property is beautiful, and our kids especially loved the pool slides and the kids club. Overall, a great experience. We’d happily return!

First night the phone was not working, nor the safe. Had to go the lobby that night twice and 6 times overall our stay. The towels were way worn out not white anymore and rough. Shower handle came off when my husband turned it on. He had to fix it. Also the bathroom trash can base was out, he had to put it back. The night shows were good but could not take pictures nor videos because the back screen was damaged. One of the lamps was sideways. And the wardrobe door broken, they had to fix it. Been to Punta Cana before several times before and this is the first bad experience. The Hotel needs TLC. Most staff was friendly, a few receptionists were not.

The hotel itself is good, clean and modern. The rooms has comfortable beds, good AC. House keeping is excellent. The food at the buffet is above average, you will find something that you like. The food at the restaurants is bad except the Japanese. Stay away from the steak house, the food there made us sick. All restaurant that we went to have no AC. You will be eating and sweating. The hotel staff are not friendly at all even with giving tips, they don't smile they look angry. When you ask for something like a drink or any anything, they make you feel like you are bothering them (with very few exceptions). I will not go back there again

The worst experience I have ever had. My kids got sick there from water was not cleaned, they had diarrhea and throwing up for 10 days. I had to go in hospital with my kid, I asked there for a suggestion for hospital, they told me they have a doctor inside the resort, got charged $300 just to see this doctor, nothing was in his office, he did nothing, just referred us in private clinic. After they did an IV fluid to my baby they charged me crazy prices, paid $700 only to see the doctor in private clinic, without doing anything, every other service had different price. The worst experience ever I had. Nobody cares about your health there, they care only about how much money they can get from you. They are connected with private clinics and overcharge you. Prices 5 times higher than USA. The conditions in hotel very bad, mold all over the ceiling.

Clean room, food excellent, good variety, issue building 7 with elevators. I was eventually moved to the first floor as I am handicapped and unable to clin the stairs. Staff very helpful.

The rooms, pools, beach and buffet where really nice. However the Italian restaurant has a lot on improvement to do (it was by far the worst of all). Overall a good experience and a very kids friendly place to stay
