I liked the stay at Serenade beach and spa resort in Punta Cana. I didn't like the service that Expedia provided to me and my daughters. The air fare was in cluded in the trip. When I try to get the three seats asigned to us thru jetblue I couldn't find them. I called expedia to inquire about the seating on the fly and I was told that they had a problem with there computers and that they couldn't help me with the seats. They told me to contact jetblue. I called jetblue and I was told by jetblue that they did not give discounts on the seats. I had to pay an extra $300.00 for the seats to Punta cana and $250.00 for the returned fly to Ft Lauderdale. Next time I will make sure that everything that is included is there. I don't think that I will use Expedia again because I had a bad experience with there costumer service. They didn't even try to help me.

I was really looking forward to this trip, but this resort was a huge disappointment!!!!! From taking almost 2 hours for check in to THE LAST DAY! The whole “all-inclusive” idea sounds great in theory, but the reality was far from it!!!! The food was terrible same buffet options every day, barely warm, and definitely not fresh. We tried to get into the à la carte restaurants but they were always “fully booked” unless you tipped someone extra. Half the time, the staff seemed annoyed to even be there. Our room was outdated and smelled musty. The sheets were stained. When we asked for fresh towels, AND BOTTLES OF WATER it took hours to get them. All in all, I regret booking this place. Do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else!!!!

Los restaurantes que muy difícil hacer cita y cuando logré uno estaba prácticamente vacío. La comida pésima. He visitada punta cana por muchos años y la verdad q este hotel a sido una falsa. Me he tomado el tiempo de de hacer el review para que no gasten su dinero.

The hotel was just average — definitely not a 5-star experience. There’s no 24-hour bar, cafeteria, or luggage service, so if you need to check out early, don’t count on getting your bags picked up. The restaurant situation was disappointing; even with empty tables, staff wouldn’t let us in unless we tipped upfront. Food options were limited compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience and I wouldn’t return.
