i love the serenade. they had amazing staff stephany by the pool as entertainment, henry and jermey as bartenders at the pool, and most importantly wilfrado at the lobby bar. they are impeccable and impressive workers at serenade. they made my experience comfortable and unforgettable we definitely love this resort

The customer services needs to improve… it’s a hit and mist with customer service.. I only encountered very little good customer services. I was trying for 1 month and half to get in contact emails and texting the property about having my room decorated with a birthday theme for my husband and no answer and when they answer they would send me to another person. I was doing that for a good month and half. Afterwards the services in the resort it’s not very good. I was ignore many time by staff and the buffet services never a prepare for you to dine. They bring the drinks when your dine your food don’t check on you and also most of the time I’m missing silverware. Food was okay not great. Also the pools hot tubs are not ever hot… I would be visiting another resort.

I loved the pools, resort, gym, cafe bar, and a la carte restaurants. The staff was lovely too. I didnt like the crowd - too many on the resort which meant not enough pool chairs, beach chairs for most days or calming areas as they were packed with resort guests. The resort app also didnt work most of the time, in which increased line ups to book restaurants and activities. I aldo didnt appreciate the daily asking and presure to buy a timeshare, tour activities and spa.

The staff wouldn't let you enjoy the vacation harassing you so you questioning who you chose to do your excursions with where are you going all the time wouldn't let you enjoy the hotel on top of you asking questions the pool water was very cold all day long, the hotel looked old, some staff was friendly others weren't, the food it was mostly the same everyday. Didn't feel welcomed at all worst resort I've been in Dominican Republic

Property was convenient with good food options, quite most of the time. Rooms were little old and we had to change the room was not close to what expected from photos. After upgrading to higher tier room and paying extra money still not had a good experience. Room didn’t had a hot water complain 3-4 times along with written complaints didn’t give us new room and keep saying they are full. Couldn’t take shower for 3 days in the same room out of 5 night stay.

This location is even more beautiful in person. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food was good. I definitely enjoyed the options. The desserts were even better. The drinks were also amazing. Overall 9/10 only because this is not much of a party hotel but if you want to relax, this is the place to be.
