Had an amazing time. The hotel is great and the staff are very attentive. Karin our butler made sure we had everything we needed. Food is also great. The bartenders made a show with the drinks and every drink was great. We will be coming back!

la propiedad esta en buenas condiciones pero para una familia de 4 personar las habitaciones no están organizadas Solo las habitaciones para 4 personas no established xq 1 king y un sofá cama. Después tuve que cambiarme xq el aire no estaba funcionando y me dieron ya habitación con 4 camas twin. Imagínate todo durmiendo en cama separado. Solo fue eso. Lo demás estuvo bien

The property was great , staff very friendly but the pool closes at 6pm and for some reason the beach water was so muddy looking from the shore line to about 10 feet into the water and we love to get in the beach but we didn’t this time because it looked bad and that was shocking . The AC in our room never cooled the room off but other than that the vacation was great

This resort was nice. Our stay was good, butler was friendly. Adult only pool outside of building 3/4 was very narrow we didnt use it at all. We were at the family pool the whole stay. The room could use some updating, it was clean and well stocked which was great! Drinks at the pool bar was mediocre. The lobby bar was the best olace to have a drink. We couldn't get reservations at the gourmet restaurant which was disappointing. The steak house and sea and sea restaurant were decent, buffet was mediocre, food quality could use some work. Food overall was just okay. The beach had a lot of seaweed but it was decent. Service and entertainment staff was really good. There was always something going on. The family pool could use some fixing lots of lose tiles. There should be a variety of music all day oddly there were some no music times here and there. The property is small so getting around is easy. We like walking so it was difficult to get miles in no walking paths seeing all the majestic properties are small. Overall it was a good experience, may return in the future.

The hotel is great, quiet and very peaceful. Not crowded. the staff is amazing, specially Gabriel he was the nicest person and always ready to aid us. The only thing I believe it could improve is the food. It’s good, but it could be better, specially meat options and the buffet closest to the ocean. The specialty restaurant are really good. The rooms (and everywhere) were always clean. The beer could be way colder.

The hotel was very good, with excellent service. I have no complaints about the restaurants or the attention I received. I’m definitely thinking about coming back with great pleasure. There is just one thing I’d like to mention: I noticed there are cats on the property, which I found lovely, but it would be ideal if someone from the hotel took care of feeding them proper cat food instead of human food. Since they are part of the hotel environment, taking good care of them also shows the hotel’s commitment to animal welfare. A good idea would be to have someone in charge of them or install vending machines with cat food so that tourists like me can help feed them. It would be a great improvement and a benefit for everyone please take that in consideration.

We had an excellent expirience in all the aspects of our stay. From the very friendly a d helpful staff. Great food choices in the buffets and a la carte restaurants. The property upkeep, clean, lash gardens. Beautiful beach that was cleaned every day. We will come back. Special mention to Dairis from the entretaiment team, and Franklin from the beach buffet.

The food was amazing. The staff were very friendly and amazing. The entertainment team was awesome including mayelin and gigi but they were all amazing staff. I am already going to book my next vacation in August. This was the first time at this resort and I am definitely already planning to come back in August. Thank you for an amazing time.
