We thought that the resort was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the buffet choices and thought the food was good. The "specialty" restaurant choices weren't as unique as some resorts we have stayed on. The steakhouse was good. Our main complaint was the absolute insanity of the spring breakers while we were there. We were hoping that they would not have as many there, as it is a bit nicer of of a resort. However, the kids in the room next door screamed, fought and threw things all night long, every night. I suppose it is hard to regulate that but it definitely soured our experience. I would definitely go back to this resort, but NOT during spring break!!

Great property and experience the only thing that lowered from a 5 star to a 4 star is our power went out in our room twice at night and the water went out for a few hours one night. Otherwise very enjoyable and memorable resort. Would recommend to friends and family and plan to go back soon.

The property was well kept and clean. The beach front is amazing. The staff is friendly and definitely try hard to please you even with the language barrier. The bar tenders are amazing Pools are gorgeous 9 doors Japanese restaurant was amazing Cons: The rooms could be updated Even though its posted Like most other resorts people take the best spots at the beach leave their stuff and leave for hours. The no reserving spots should be reinforced at least at the club level. The street food restaurant was less than desirable the staff appeared to be untrained and it was dirty. I would definitely stay at this resort again had a great time.

Wonderful, but NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! Great hotel, but everything is accommodated towards teenager groups. Drunk teenagers from morning till late night. Music blasting til 11pm in the middle of the hotel. Restricted adult areas, but all events and parties take place in the ‘common’ areas. They openly could not care less about what a family with kids need.

This was our second time staying at the resort. The resort itself is amazing but unfortunately the spring break environment is extremely frusterating and is going to be what hurts this place. Large groups of so called "parents" bring their teenagers down for spring break. The parents go one direction, and the 15 and 16 year old kids end up at the bar and turning this 5 star resort into high school freaking gym class. Nothing worse than heading towards the pool bar and a group of 16 year olds take up the seats and start ordering strawberry daiquiris. Meanwhile another group is zipping around a football and nearly pegging people in lounge chairs. The resort has to get this under control. These kids under 18 need to be under adult supervision. The bar tenders dont care, they just want the tips!

What I liked about the property is that it is totally walkable. I found the food to be very good. We mostly ate at Italian and steakhouse which were fantastic! Salt was an issue with all the food - tell them NO EXTRA SALT! What was missing was LUNCH SNACKS - you had to go to a buffet for lunch. There was no pizza, nachos or burgers to take and go (they say they have a 24h place - but that is only on weekends).

It is a beautiful resort. It’s the only one we plan on going to in the future. Been there twice already. Great rooms, pools and beach. Bars and food everywhere. The staff was friendly and very helpful. If you have any problems they address it immediately.
