There were several food options. Peter, our Butler, was the best thing that could have happened to us..Outstanding service. The one drawback is they should have mini-cart transports from one end of the resort to the other. It can be a lot to walk in the heat for some people.

I didn't like the they didn't play More of our music. That's what people go there to see. Our culture play our music Merengue//bachata. Very bad on their part.

We were traveling with three other couples. The other couples arrived a few minutes before we did. They were taken to their rooms and the person checking us in came to us and told us they didn't have any Club rooms left, which we had booked first before the other couples and paid for. They offered an "upgraded room" in the family section but said we could still have Club privilege's. The room was nowhere near any of the Club pools or lounges and we were separated from the people we were traveling with. After being checked in we met up with our friends and one couple said their butler got them moved from the club room they were in to another in a better location. That means they had the Club room we had reserved since the other room was open. Looks like they are running a scam to sale more Club rooms than they have.

We love the majestuc and our favorite Butler is exceptional.On our most recent return trip, my wife was involved in an accident, on property at a hotel sponsored event. Her injurues were sugnificant and frankly the property literally abandoned us. We saw the onsite medical staff, who but usun a cab and sent us to a ER facilitu, where there was vert little english in the middle of the night and just left us..after being seen at the facility it was up to us to figure out how to get back. When we rerurned to the property aroubd 3 in the morning it didn't get any better. The property was completely unconcerned, may no effort to check on us or provide any support.We had to seek out the manager of hotel relations who treated us as we had done someting wrong.. Due to the extent of the injuries we were fircec to cut our Birthday/Anniversary trip short, book a same day flight and leave 4 days early and yet the property did nothing, and the contacts that were suppose to be made have yet to happen. We wete out roughly an additional $4000.00 and my wife is faced with multiple surgeries and rehab and the property just doesn't care. Love the property and the day to day staff, but be for warned travel at your own risk, because the property will absolutely abandon you and leave you own your own.

The rooms are beautiful and the bed is so comfortable! Extremely friendly and accomodating staff members. Be careful of excessive charges at the front desk. When checking out, we were charged for room service because we ordered after 11pm (was NEVER told anything about possible charges). We were VIP and never should have been charged. However, we did get our money back, thanks to Mr. Olbis!

Stayed at Majestic Resort in Punta Cana—beautiful place but full of issues. Flies everywhere in restaurants, especially Sea and Salt buffet, and staff didn’t seem to care. Most servers were unfriendly, didn’t smile, and many didn’t speak English. Grilled food was greasy, though buffet had variety. Mosquitoes were awful and no control measures in place—bring repellent. If you lose a towel card or wristband, they hold you until you find it or pay to replace it, which happened to me. Not coming back
