This was an amazing trip. We traveled with a group of 4, and everything was smooth and predictable. Majestic Elegance was an amazing resort, and we will go back next year. The property was amazing, but the people everywhere were the absolute best.

We thought the food quality was decent overall, to better than average, compared to a couple of other AI resorts (1 Jamaica and 1 other PC). The room was well-appointed and the Nespresso was a nice touch. The staff were overall very pleasant. The beach was perfect with plenty of chairs and towels in our club areas. The only downside was the decor/theme in the various restaurants (Italian, French and Japanese) we thought the lighting and decorations could be significantly improved to add to the ambiance. In our opinion, this would be a nice time to remodel those and make them feel more special.

If you have been looking for a great resort, I wholeheartedly recommend this resort. The pictures don't do it justice. It is the perfect balance of price with amenities and bang for your buck. It is more than worth it to upgrade to the "club" experience. While you are there, be sure to check out the Elegance Club pool bar. Ismael is the bar tender is phenomenal. There is a reason so many people take the time to share reviews of this property... we've all had a great experience!!!!

The resort and rooms were overall well maintained and beautiful. The staff and service were extremely helpful and friendly. The beach and views were spectacular. The food was mediocre, especially at the buffet. The speciality restaurants were slightly better. Our only issue was the room smell. The room had a musty or sewer smell after the first day. All things considered, we would definitely stay at the Majestic Elegance again.

The property in itself is very beautiful even though not the newest. The food choices were great, and the beach was the best I’ve been to. However, the activities that the hotel provided were primarily for older people, 60 . My husband and I are in our early twenties and found it very boring. The staff here surprised me. There were only two employees that were genuinely nice to us, but others were either careless or rude, asking for a tip and giving me the nasty eye. My main concern was when I noticed that my bag pack was opened several times, even though it was placed in the closet. I did not have anything in my bag, but someone going through my bag and drawers made me feel very uncomfortable. Make sure to lock up all of your valuables.

The Majestic Elegance was special. Amazing people,'service, clean, friendly fellow guests. Shout out to pool side bartender Maxima she was amazing! Also shout out to our butler Peter. Food was as expected at an all inclusive. No complaints, especially loved the grilled chicken and mahi mahi and pork chops on the beach! He was a real pro! Thank you all for an amazing time. We were here 8 days, 10 days next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Majestic Elegance. It was a great resort for our family with teens and young adults. We particularly loved the staff and one member of the entertainment team in particular, Antonio Mercedes. He was wonderful!!
