The family is very nice for kids n adults.. pool needs some work .. lots of broken tiles laying in the pool n the ends of the pools are cleaned once a day. They need to be cleaned a few times a day cause the scum builds up

Due to the rain one of the balcony’s flooded and water came into the room several times during our stay. When we brought it to the managements attention no real solution was offered other then call for more towels to wipe the water up ourselves.

Overall it was good. Staff is super friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Food was not great. Pool usually clean but many tiles were falling off. There were at least 15 stray cats that were living on the property and people kept feeding them. there would be room service trays of food outside the doors that cats would get into. We were there 3 years ago and it was not like this. Staff was great,

Honestly such a relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, service was friendly, buffet was as good as a buffet can get, restaurants were good as well. I would definitely go back and recommend others to check out Majestic Elegance too. A little dated but still a beautiful hotel with amazing staff members constantly on top of managing everything.

Resort was beautiful however, fridge in the room did not work, coffee machine in the room was broken. I did report this to the guest services when my room was contacted however, no one ever came to check in on these items and no offer to switch a room was made. I also, got sick the last day which I am sure was from the food.
