Hard Rock revealed its colors during the delay due to snow storm in New York. Our flight on Sunday was cancelled. So we had to extend our stay. On Sunday, I asked the front to hold the room i was in for at least another day. He told me i had until the next day, 12 pm to book it for the same rate agreed upon. I asked him to memorialize all of this in the system as a note so the rate doesnt change. He said he did. The next morning guess what? They realized a ton of other people delayed so they decided to jack up my price by $500 per night. After I demanded the manager, Willy, who is the shortest one in the hotel, tried to intimidate me and silence me. He didn't realize that I am an attorney and would never let him silence me.
Willy, this one is for you and your fake tough friend who demanded you dont give me the reservation. I told you in your face no one would kick me out and guess what? No one kicked me out. Did they? And if you thought you were getting an apology, you made a big mistake. This doesn't end here. You tried to kick me out of the hotel with my three kids. You will regret what you tried to do while our family was dealing with an emergency.
