Front desk Angel was horrible customer service and rude. Concierge Rebecca and other manager unfortunately didn’t get his name were wonderful and actually rectified the problem with our room situation. Language barrier not alot of staff speak or understand english, also food buffet are luke warm to warm not hot. Possibly suggest a microwave or better warmers. Decent property needs some upgrading. Drivers on carts were extremely friendly and willing to help.

The sales people pushed hard to get us to buy a time share. We said no and they just kept pushing which was a turn off. The resort was too big for our liking. We love the hard rock but this place was just too big for us. Not to mention the timeshare people.

It was a nice experience, but I wouldn't return. It's a huge hotel where you have to use transportation within the complex. The rooms are super clean, and the bed is like floating on a cloud. There's a variety of food available 24 hours a day, the pools are very well maintained, and the drinks are genuine. Prices in the hotel shops are excessively high. The room service is excellent. I think they could offer more for the price.

Resort was awesome. It is very large but has shuttles if you don’t want to walk. Lots of pools, bartenders were great, entertainment was great, lots of food options and never had to wait long to be seated. There weren’t any planned teen activities but plenty to do on your own. We would recommend.

Room was good. Clean. Comfortable. And actually upgraded, TWICE. So major kudos to the hotel for accommodating us with the room. When we checked in, they stated the room I had booked was not available for some reason, so they upgraded us to ocean front. So very happy with that. Only problem was that it had no hot water. We asked the hotel to fix it and they tried and tried and couldn’t fix it. They were kind of slow addressing it. Ultimately they upgraded us once more to a different room but even bigger! And nicer. Also on ocean front. So they did a good job in the end. The housekeeping was a bit questionable in that towels seem to be limited in the number of towels they give you but no big deal really. All in all, great experience. Just be prepared to walk, A LOT. The resort and absolutely MASSIVE in scale. Something like 15 pools, 15 restaurants and a beach that seems to stretch for miles. Never been to a resort this amazingly big. They do have shuttle services so if you don’t want to get your 10k steps a day in, which is very easy to do here. You can grab the shuttles which come around every 10-15 minutes. Food was pretty good too. Would recommend this hotel. Great for families.

Love this resort. This time though was very long wait times for everything. Especially dissatisfied with the VIP check in as only 1 staff member worked it so it wasn't VIP at all, after waiting over an hr to check in I had to go to general check in to get faster service. Check out was even more of a disaster.

No logramos viajar a punta cana por problemas de vuelos cancelados, el hotel no tuvo en cuenta dicho problema y hemos perdido todo el dinero, estuve siempre buscando ayuda, por medio de correos, por medio de ustedes de hoteles.com y no recibí ayuda y/o solución alguna, no tuvieron en cuenta nuestro problema y eso para nosotros fue bastante difícil, quisimos que nos ayudaran al menos a cambiar fechas sin penalidad teniendo en cuenta que fue una falla de vuelos casi mundial
