The atmosphere was peaceful and the staff did an amazing job with having activities and accommodating guests. The staff for the activities specifically Christina Soriano did an amazing job with keeping the atmosphere of the resort fun and getting people engaged in fun activities. The staff at the restaurants were very accommodating for a party members gluten allergy, specifically Jan Carlos/Mota and Elpidio at the Le Gourmet restaurant. Can’t recommend the place enough!

Unfortunately our housekeeper was not the best. Didn’t give enough towels for 4 people, left us, did not replace empty toiletries etc. Also it is not conducive to handicap/wheelchair people. The sink counters are too high for someone in a wheelchair to wash their hands, shower/toilet area not real accessible, cuisine be a bit better. On the family side really only one entrance to get to the pool and even there was a step.

The beach and pool areas are amazing. We had no issues trying to get beach chairs at either place, especially the pool area. Staff was very friendly and the food was pretty good. This resort will be a 5 out of 5 once the upgrades take place in 2025. I would definitely go back again or possibly visit Majestic Elegance or Mirage.

We stayed at the Majestic Colonial for 3 nights and it was great! We were upgraded to the club level and definitely enjoyed the use of the comfy cabanas by the pool. The room was nice and clean and the outside areas were well maintained. Pool is very large, the beach is wonderful. Food was pretty good too. Entertainment was amazing. All in all, it was a great place and we will definitely be back.
